Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.

- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Erica
Hi – my name is Erica, and I grew up near Seattle, Washington. I moved to Indiana in 2019 for school and graduated in May of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from Anderson University. I have worked in a child center with elementary age children and have volunteered with several after school programs for elementary children. Most recently I have worked in a children’s shelter the houses infants through 17-year-olds. In my free time I enjoy playing a variety of sports, doing jigsaw puzzles, watching TV, and spending time with family and friends. My favorite part about working with children is getting to see their excitement as they learn new skills.

Ms. Kristin
Hi! I am Mrs. Kristin, and I am originally from Englewood, Florida. I worked at Primrose of Gray Eagle for five years and gained my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2016. I have 2 children in Elementary school. In my free time I enjoy hiking, bird watching, and visiting new playgrounds with my two kids! What I enjoy most about working with children is being able to be silly in the classroom!
