Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Brianna
Hi I’m Brianna and I am from Indianapolis where I have lived my entire life. I joined Primrose Geist in 2020. I graduated from Broad Ripple High School and I have taken courses at Ivy Tech community college for Early Childhood Education. I started babysitting children in high school which is when I found my love for children. I was a nanny and I also worked at a Primrose location in Fishers for over a year.
In my free time, I love taking family walks and spending time with her. I am so happy to be a part of the Primrose family again and I am excited to spend time with your children each day!

Ms. Leslie
Hello! My name is Leslie, and I am excited to join the Primrose team! I am from Fishers, and I currently attend IUPUI for Pre-law. 2023 will be my first-year teaching young children. I enjoy listening to music, running, and cooking in my free time! I live with my parents, an older sister, and two younger brothers. Most of my family lives in Mexico, so the family I live with means a lot. We are very close and enjoy spending time together. Ever since I was little, I loved being around children. I enjoy building bonds with the children and their parents.

Ms. Tracey
Hi, my name is Tracey. I was born in Sturbridge, England and raised in Lawrence, Indiana. I am the mother of two children, a son 21 and a daughter 32. I have a grandson and a granddaughter who attends Primrose. I have been working with children from infants to Pre-K age for 10+ years since 2014. I have completed my Child Development Associate credential. When I am not spending time with my grandchildren, I love to spend time in my garden planting flowers and designing flower beds. What I enjoy most about working with children is seeing those light bulb and Aha moments. Children learn so much in the first few years, and I love being a part of it!

Ms. Nathali
Hi! I am Nathali, and I grew up in Guatemala moving to the United States in 2018. I graduated from Lawrence North high school in 2022. I worked at another Preschool prior to Primrose and have been teaching and taking care of young children since 2023. I have two siblings, a brother and younger sister. In my free time I like to read, exercise, and dance. What I love most about working with children is helping each child discover their own strengths and talents and nurture those traits through my educational approach. I feel so blessed for this opportunity.

Ms. Chrissy
Hi my name is Ms. Chrissy! I joined Primrose Geist in 2021 first as a Support teacher, before finding out the Infant classroom was the place for me! I am originally from Indianapolis and now live in McCordsville with my husband and our three children. I originally went to school for my CNA after high school and then took courses for Elementary Education at Ball State. I worked at my children’s preschool when they were young and did plenty of babysitting in my home as well. For the past several years I worked as an Instructional Assistant at New Pal High School, with students with special needs. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 18 years now. In my free time we enjoy spending time as a family with our kids ages 18, 16, and 15. I love to watch children get excited about learning new things and watch them use their imagination, and am excited to help them do so here at Primrose.

Ms. Kyla
Hi – my name is Ms. Kyla. I am from Indianapolis and have one son, Aaron and a dog named Rico. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and along with working part time at Primrose with the infants, I am an RN working as a postpartum nurse and lactation consultant since 2008.
In my free time I love to paint, bowl, and do anything competitive! My favorite food is seafood, especially salmon, and my favorite children’s book is Llama, Llama Red Pajama. What I enjoy most about working with children is seeing infants reach various early developmental milestones such as sitting up, learning to crawl, or taking their first steps! It is amazing to see the “light” in their eyes through early learning.
