Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Stephy
Hello – Hola!! My name is Stephanie (Stephy), and I am from Columbia, Boyota’ and live in Fishers with my husband, Austin and my cat, Butterfinger. I have been working with children for many years and began in Columbia as a teacher support in public and private schools. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and have experience in educational research. In my free time I love reading, going to the gym, talking with my family from Colombia and being with my husband and kitten.
What I enjoy most about working with children is being part of their lives and academic process as well as being able to help them develop. This fills me with love, joy, and passion for teaching. Being a teacher is one of the best dreams come true!

Ms. Sarah S.
My name is Sarah, and I was born in Dayton, Ohio and currently live in Greenfield. I have a daughter named Lucy as well as my mother, stepdad, two brothers, and a sister-in-law. We also have two dogs named Sammy and Freya. I have experience with restaurant management and have babysat and worked in church nurseries as well.
In my free time I love to read, go shopping, and go on adventures to the zoo with Lucy. What I enjoy most about working with children is he rewarding feeling. I enjoy watching their excitement as they grow and learn new things!

Ms. Nicole
Hi – my name is Ms. Nicole, and I am from Indianapolis and have three daughters and two cats. I studied early childhood education in high school and started in the childcare field in 2022. I am also planning on completing my CDA.
In my free time I love to relax and spend time with my family watching movies (I love comedies) and traveling. My favorite foods are cheeseburgers, Gyros, and seafood boils. My favorite children’s book is When the Doorbell Rang by Pat Hutchens. What I enjoy most about working with children is how they make me smile. I enjoy bonding with them, playtime, singing, and crafts!

Ms. Emma
Hello! My name is Emma, and I moved to Indianapolis in 2023. I previously lived in Fishers and grew up in this area. I have a half-sister, but grew up as an only child. In my free time I I love spending time with my friends shopping and going out to eat. I also love to take nature photography. I worked in the preschool at my church for over eight years and worked as a family support specialist with the state of Indiana. I have a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in history and Spanish.
What I enjoy most about working with children is getting to see them smile and laugh.
