Our Preschool Classroom
Your 3-year-old is opening up their world, developing special friendships, learning new words and forming new ideas every day. Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Our Preschool Classroom Teachers & Staff

Stephanie Davis
Hello! My name is Stephanie, and I am a preschool teacher at the Primrose School of Marysville. I have 20 years of experience babysitting children of all ages. I enjoy teaching because I love to watch children grow and enjoy making an impact in their young life. In my free time, I love to draw and put together puzzles. What excites me most working here at Primrose is meeting all the new families and their children and being able to build trusted relationship with them.

Kilee Holten
Hello! My name is Kilee Holten, and I am a Preschool Teacher here at the Primrose School of Marysville. I am originally from Delaware and before joining the Primrose team I helped homeschool my nieces and nephews. I enjoy teaching because I love watching the kids learn and grow! It is so rewarding to continue to build trusted relationships with the children and families here at Primrose.

Mara Rogan
Hello, my name is Mara Rogan and I am a Preschool Teacher at The Primrose School of Marysville. I am working toward my Associates degree in Social Work and Human Services. I chose to work with children, because it is amazing to watch them grow and learn. When I am not teaching, I like to read and snuggle with my two cats. I love working at Primrose Marysville because of all the amazing people I get to meet: staff, parents and, of course, the children.

Kim Sutherly
Hello! My name is Kimberly Sutherly, and I am a Preschool Teacher here at the Primrose School of Marysville. I received my Child Development Associates in 1999. I started my career 27 years ago, and throughout the years I’ve worked with children of all ages and abilities. I then went on to being an owner and operator of my own state licensed daycare for 10 years. I’ve always known teaching was my passion, even at an early age, setting up the classroom to teach my younger brother brought me a lot of fulfillment. I’m honored to spend my days here at Primrose, it’s truly a loving, caring environment. My greatest joys are seeing a student grow academically and become a leader in the classroom. In my spare time, I enjoy my home out in the country with my husband, our four children, and two dogs.
