Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Pre-Kindergarten Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Satterfield
Born and raised in Richmond, Indiana, Ms. Satterfield graduated from Indiana University East. She taught kindergarten for two years and loves being a teacher, she has been here at Primrose Gray Eagle for more than 6 years. Ms. Satterfield has two daughters, Edyn and Siarra. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to see movies, and crafting.

Ms. Claypool
Ms. Claypool holds her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from IUPUI. She has several years of experience working with young children, including 3 years of teaching Prekindergarten at another Primrose, and has been with us at Primrose Gray Eagle for 5 years. Ms. Claypool is very passionate, positive, and upbeat, which carries over into her positive classroom management style. Her joy for working with children shines all day long.

Ms. Rehm
Ms. Rehm was born in Germany and received her bachelor’s degree in special education. She has worked as a speech therapist and a Kindergarten teacher prior to coming to Primrose and has now been with us for over 8 years. She moved to the US after her son Simon was born. She lives in Fishers and is always excited to continue to learn & grow with your children.

Ms. Hammad
Ms. Hammad holds a degree in math and accounting. She has become such a great early childhood educator at Primrose School at Gray Eagle, with us for almost 2 years now. She has welcomed a sweet baby boy, that has joined our family as well! She is very excited to meet all the children and watch them learn and explore. In her spare time she enjoys oil painting and spending time with her husband.
