Christina Barker is the Pennsylvania Regional Director. Christina graduated Cum Laude from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania with a degree in Elementary Education. She has over 25 years of experience in education teaching both elementary and preschool age children. Christina has been happily married to her husband, Adam, for 25 years and they have 3 children. Her oldest daughter, Caitlin, is senior in college and an intern at the Penn Vet Working Dog Center. Her son, Gavin, is a freshman in college and is an avid soccer player. Her youngest daughter, Paige, is a junior in high school and is looking forward to her senior year. When not at Primrose, Christina enjoys spending time with her rescued German Shepard – Gunner, her English Labrador – JJ and her Czech German Shepard – Tilly. Her family is also fostering a Dutch German Shepard, Kozi, for the Penn Vet Working Dog Center who will eventually become a search and rescue working dog.

Hi! My name is Nicole DuBois and I am the Director of The Primrose School of Exton! I graduated Alvernia University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Education with my Pre-K through 4th grade teaching certificate. I have worked with children in many different facets for over 10 years. I love working for a program like Primrose because our curriculum is so well balanced and inclusive for all learners.

Hi, I’m Debra, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Director. I bring with me over 30 years of experience working with children, along with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. My journey in education has been driven by a deep passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a lifelong love of learning. For four of those years, I worked at Primrose as both a Preschool Teacher, Education Coach and Director, gaining valuable insight into the classroom and leadership sides of early education. I am especially passionate about supporting and coaching teachers—helping them grow professionally, deliver the Primrose curriculum with confidence, and be the best educators they can be. Guiding young children and empowering teachers to make a lasting impact is more than a job to me—it’s my calling. I’m thrilled to be part of this community and excited to inspire, support, and elevate our teaching team every step of the way.

Hi my name is Gemma Johnson, and I am the Senior Administrative Assistant at The Primrose School of Exton!  I have worked in childcare for 9 years and with children for 18 years. I have 3 daughters and a wonderful husband.  During our free time we like to draw/color, have movie nights and do crafts.  I am so excited to start my new adventure with Primrose and to help little minds grow.

Hello, I’m Miss Katrina and I am the Office Assistant here at The Primrose School of Devon. I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over 15 years. I have some college courses from DCCC. Hello! My name is Miss Blaik, and I am joining the Primrose School of Exton in the Young Infant Room! I am originally from Indiana, and just moved to West Chester recently. I have worked in one other daycare before joining Primrose, but have worked in different facets of childcare. I worked in a hospital in the NICU and Pediatric Unit for over a year. Hello! My name is Ms. Heidi, and I am one of the Infant Teachers here at The Primrose School of Exton. I have always loved working with children. I love seeing children learn and being a part of it. Watching them explore the world around them is fascinating to me. I am excited about spending time with your kids. I grew up in a small town named Hyde Park in Vermont. In high school and College I spent my summers working as a camp counselor for children ages 3-5 at Smuggler’s Notch Resort. I went to Green Mountain College in southern Vermont where I met my husband, Bryant I have two daughters Kaitlyn, 20 and Meghan, 14. While I was a stay at home with my girls I made the decision that when I went back to work I wanted it to be in a daycare because I enjoyed watching my girls grow, learn and explore the world around them. We have 2 dogs Allie and Lulu. I love animals I grew up with cats, I have also had ferrets, rabbits, and rats. We spend summers as a family going to Vermont to visit my family. We also spend time at my in-laws Condo on Lake George in New York. Our favorite summer vacation as a family is our annual trip to the Outer Banks. When I am not working or on vacation I like to spend time with my family, do crafts, read and spending time outside. I cannot wait to learn more about you and your family!

Hello! My name is Miss Rachael, and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I have a husband named Michael and a 10 year old son named Cooper. I also have 2 dogs named Autumn and winter, along with 1 guinea pig named Blossom. Needless to say, my house is quite busy! Before I started at Primrose, I was a food service manager at a Juvenile Detention Center for 3 years, where I fed 65 children ranging from 12-18 years old. Prior to that, I have worked at a daycare as a toddler teacher, as well as working at an intermediate unit as a 1 on 1. I have definitely had a lot of experience with different ages of children, and I am looking foreword to watching your children, and teach them through their journey.
