Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever-free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
- Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies

Linda DiValerio
Hello! My name is Miss Linda and I am one of the teachers in Early Preschool! I have many years of experience in childcare, and have been in many different facets over the years, it is so great to watch them learn new things! In my spare time, I enjoy playing pickleball and walking. Also, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and pets. My favorite children’s book is The Rainbow Fish. I am excited to get to know all the families in my class at Primrose!
Rachel Lefever
Hello! My name is Miss Rachel, and I am so excited to be here at The Primrose School of Exton in Early Preschool 1! I have been in childcare for 5-6 years, in many different facets. I have a son named Caleb, who I love more than anything! In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, walking, going to the the beach etc. I live in Downingtown, and would love to travel to more places like Hawaii one day! My favorite book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom By: Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault.
Allie DiJoseph
Hello! My name is Miss Allie, and I am one of the teachers in Early Preschool here at The Primrose School of Exton! I am 22 years old, and am so excited to join the team here to help mold the young minds of the future. Prior to joining, I was a nanny for about 4 years, and have always loved working with children! When I’m not with the kiddos, some of my favorite hobbies include; reading, spending time with my friends, hanging out with my kitties, and line dancing. I look forward to meeting everyone, and getting to see our little ones grow here at Primrose!
Rachael Paschall
Hello! My name is Miss Rachael, and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I have a husband named Michael and a 10 year old son named Cooper. I also have 2 dogs named Autumn and winter, along with 1 guinea pig named Blossom. Needless to say, my house is quite busy! Before I started at Primrose, I was a food service manager at a Juvenile Detention Center for 3 years, where I fed 65 children ranging from 12-18 years old. Prior to that, I have worked at a daycare as a toddler teacher, as well as working at an intermediate unit as a 1 on 1. I have definitely had a lot of experience with different ages of children, and I am looking foreword to watching your children, and teach them through their journey. I’m excited for this opportunity to meet your families!

Hello! My name is Miss Hannah, and I am one of the teachers in the Early Preschool classrooms here at The Primrose School of Exton. I have been in childcare for 7 years total in many different facets. I am currently in college for Health Science and Adolescent Therapy. I love watching children reach their milestones and grow when they grow into their different personalities. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, fiancée, and friends. Lilianne Brown
Hello! My name is Miss Lilianne, and I am a floater here at The Primrose School of Exton. I have been in childcare for 6 years in many different facets. I love teaching children, and seeing everything that they learn and helping reaching their milestones! In my spare time, I love reading books, doing paint by numbers, and going on hikes. I also love to go surfing, and spend time with family and friends! I’m excited for this opportunity to see what the children here can teach me!
