Mrs. Flanagin began her career as a teacher at Primrose School of Coppell in 2006.  She has lead children in the Young Toddler, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Explorer classrooms.

During this time, Mrs. Flanagin became a mentor teacher to new team members and completed her Childhood Development Associate. She then gained the role of Director of Curriculum in 2013.

Mrs. Flanagin has served as training management at Primrose locations and was promoted to the Executive Director Position in 2019.

As the Executive Director and a mother of a son and daughter who completed the full 5-year Primrose Program, she yearns to continue to mentor others around her and influence those who strive to bring a nurturing and caring environment to the families of Coppell.  She hopes to partner with families for their children’s early childhood experience and education, her door is always open, and she welcomes families to the school to see why it is the best place for early childhood education and care in Coppell!

Ms. Walker began working at the Primrose School of Coppell in 2015 as a teacher working with all ages- Infants through Private Kindergarten. Ms. Walker has an Associate of Arts in Teaching degree from Collin College with an Occupational Skills Certificate in the Child Development Associate field as well as her Texas Director Credential. She is currently studying Education and ESL at Texas Woman’s University.

Ms. Walker also attended the Primrose School of Coppell as a child! She has come full circle!

Serving as the Education Coach allows me lead our teachers in curriculum and in turn serve so many children. I am excited to get to know you and your family!”

Mrs. Orozco began as a teacher in 2018 and was promoted to Director of Admissions in 2022.

Mrs. Orozco has two daughter’s that attend Primrose and believes that each child deserves the opportunity to experience all that Primrose School of Coppell has to offer. Mrs. Orozco oversees admissions and enrollment and strives to make every family and child’s experience meaningful and memorable.

Ms. Maxwell joined us from another Primrose school in DFW where she taught Private Pre-Kindergarten and the Explorers program. She helped train and mentor new teachers during that time. Ms. Maxwell is working on completing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Texas Women’s University while also growing in her Primrose knowledge.

Ms. Maxwell calls Texas her home but is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She is big fan of Ohio State Football!

Mrs. Ross joined the Primrose School of Coppell in 2017 and we are so thankful for all she brings to the school every day.

Mrs. Ross comes from a family of teachers and is very passionate about children and providing students the best education. She began with us in our Infant class before adding to her own family. Each day she brings joy to the children of our school by providing nutritious meals.

Mrs. Taji joined the Primrose School of Coppell in 2015 with over 20 years of teaching experience!

She was an Assistant Principal of an Elementary School and Middle School in her home country.

Mrs. Taji is a certified Cosmetologist and worked for a disability company for 8 years.

She enjoys helping at the local Coppell Community Garden in her spare time.

Mrs. Hinojos brings joy daily to our babies and strives to make strong connections with her families even after they have transitioned to other classrooms.

She has extensive experience working with young children and is valued member of our Infant team!

Delivering the WOW Experience to all of our families is her daily goal.

Ms. Korang with her kind and gentle demeanor continues to grow with our school and is continuously striving to build connections with each Infant she cares for.

She has experience working with all ages and is currently leading children in the Older Infant classroom.

Mrs. Somalinga began in our Toddler classrooms and was eager to grow in her knowledge of our Infant classrooms. She meets each Infant’s daily needs and connects with our families daily.

She has a son who once attended Primrose of Coppell and is passionate about creating a safe and loving environment.

Hailing from California, Ms. Hernandez enjoys searching for the next best coffee spot and spending time with her yorkie, Nico. She is very eager to grow her knowledge in working with children especially in our Infant classroom.

Mrs. Panta, who is from Katmandu, Nepal, previously worked at a Montessori school in Virginia. She moved to Texas in 2022 with her family and 2 sons and quickly started working with our Toddlers. She cannot wait to help your child learn and grow in our Toddler classroom.

We would love to welcome Ms. Garrett to our Young Toddler classroom who has over 3 years of Montessori teaching under her belt. She has a love of dancing and believes in staying active. Ms. Garrett can’t wait to help your child learn and grow!

Ms. Williams comes from a family of 9 and is a licensed hairstylist who graduated from Coppell High School at age 16! She has always loved working with children and is eager to learn all about your toddler.

Mrs. Kharel, moved from Virginia, where she worked in childcare for many years before moving to Texas in 2022 to start her career here at Primrose. She comes from a large family and has 2 daughters of her own. She is eager to learn more about your child and help them develop.

Mrs. Thanupillai joins us from Chennai, India where she worked with children in a local daycare. She has her Bachelor’s of Physics and her Master’s in Computer Applications. She is eager to learn about your child and help them learn and grow.

Mrs. Turner who hails from New Orleans and loves cold weather, has a twin sister who is also a teacher too! She enjoys thrifting, movies and has attended the University of Arlington. She cannot wait to get to know your child and help them learn and grow.

Ms. Freeman, who is originally from Daytona Beach, Florida, has over 30-years of experience working in the Private Preschool industry.

She also has two sons and two grandchildren and loves ladybugs, dolphins and sunflowers.

Ms. Gavin enjoys getting to help our children learn and grow in our Pathways classroom. Prior to her being an assistant in our Pathways class she would assist in various classrooms. She enjoys time with her dog and making jewelry.

The oldest of 7 children, Mrs. Ruiz, recently got married and has 2 German Shepherd dogs and a cat. She loves spending time outdoors and traveling. She is currently pursuing a teaching career and wanting to make a difference in children who are tomorrow’s leaders. Mrs. Ruiz has also worked as a nanny and for Dallas ISD as an Kindergarten tutor.

Ms. Lopez comes to our school with previous Preschool and Montessori experience. She is ready to share her nurturing heart with all of the children in our Preschool classroom.

Born in Borneo, Indonesia, Ms. Pinon comes from a family of 15 siblings. She has over 20 years of working with children and has chosen to work at Primrose due to the quality of care and curriculum that fosters academic success and social emotional development.

Ms. Cortez returns to our school to continue her growth in our Preschool classroom. She had previously assisted in our Toddler and Explorers classroom before become a Special Education teacher in Lewisville ISD. She enjoys baking and cooking. Working with children has taught her a lot about patience, leadership and responsibility.

Ms. Reyes began with us as an Assistant in our Preschool classroom and with her eagerness to grow in her knowledge was promoted to Lead Teacher. She brings a spark to her classroom with her smile and laugh.

Her mother is also a valued teacher at one of our sister Primrose schools with over 25 years of experience. This of course inspired Ms. Reyes to follow in her footsteps.

She is currently working towards her Early Childhood degree and is teaching in our Preschool Classroom.

Mrs. Lala joins us with previous experience through her work at other schools in the area and her experience working as teacher in India. She has 3 children and enjoys reading and Bollywood dancing. She also has her Bachelors in Science and Bachelors of Education from India. She looks forward to learning about all of the children and helping them learn and grow.

Mrs. Reddy, originally from Michigan and with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development degree is eager to guide our Pre-Kindergarten children through our Balanced Learning curriculum. She has many years of experience working with children aged Toddler to Pre-K.

She chose to become a teacher with Primrose for the curriculum and how the staff make you feel welcome and treat you with respect.

Mrs. Rupali assists in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom and prior was a long time assistant in our Pathways classroom. She loves to read stories with the children and assist in their developmental growth.

Mrs. Mainali joins us from Virginia where she worked for 16 years with the Pre-K aged children. She has been married for 15 years and has two sons who attend CISD. She loves traveling and is anxious to teach the children of our Transitional Kindergarten classroom.

Mrs. Sherman, who is from Sunnyvale, California, loves to read memoirs and spend time with her dog. She has previously taught in public and private schools as a certified teacher. Her eagerness to share her love of helping develop young minds is what drove her to join our school.

Mrs. Radu comes to us from Romania where she has taught for many years before moving to the states to continue her love for helping children learn and grow in our Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Private Kindergarten classrooms. She cannot wait to help your child excel in their Private Kindergarten developments.

Ms. Shafer who is a native of Coppell has a passion for childcare which started when she was 15 year old. She is rewarded by watching the development of the children she has worked with and is excited to continue her journey with Primrose. In her spare time she loves to play games, read, do word searches and going to the gym.

Ms. Iommi has over 20 years of experience working with children. She focuses on delivering the Wonder and Venture Program curriculum and helping milestones to be achieved. She has been a bright light at our school and fosters loving relationships with families new to the school and those that have since departed.
