Our Preschool Classroom
Your 3-year-old is opening up their world, developing special friendships, learning new words and forming new ideas every day. Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Ms. Vanessa
Hello! I’m Ms. Vanessa, and I’m so excited to be part of your children’s learning experience and to watch them grow every day!
At Primrose, we’re more than a team of teachers — we’re a family. We care for every child as if they were our own, creating a safe, loving environment that helps them discover, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!
Teaching Experience: I’ve been working in child care for almost 3 years (celebrating my anniversary in November!).

Favorite Thing About Working with Children: Building relationships and seeing them grow, learn, and shine every day.

Favorite Holiday: Christmas — I love the joy and togetherness it brings with family !

I’m teacher Alma.

Ms. Alisha
Let’s get to know each other.
I’m Alisha. I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.
Child Care/Teaching Experience: I have worked in childcare since 2009 with infants through preschool.
Education: Associates in General Studies (family and human services). Currently working on my Bachelors in Psychology and Human Development. I am a Step 9 in Oregon Registry.
Favorite Thing About Working with Children: My favorite thing about working with children would have to be watching their personalities develop and grow. It’s a blessing to be able to watch each child develop in the different stages of their lives.
Favorite Children’s Book: My favorite children’s book would have to be “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom”. I read this to my daughter growing up and used it in classrooms with activities throughout my classrooms. It’s just a super fun and interactive book.
Favorite Holiday: CHRISTMAS. There is just something about the holiday spirit that puts everyone in a great mood. I love the holiday time because it means getting to spend more quality time with families, both at work and at home.
In My Personal Time, I Like To: I have three kids of my own, so a lot of my personal time is spent with them. I enjoy going hiking, a lot of the times they get to go with me. We enjoy getting outdoors as much as we can. I also enjoy spending time with my parents and siblings, the kids and I spend a lot of our time hanging out with family and making memories!
