We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.</li>
<li>Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.</li>
<li>Monitor and assess children&#8217;s progress, providing individualized support as needed.</li>
<li>Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to build a strong community.</li>
<li>Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of children&#8217;s development and communicate regularly with parents regarding progress.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred; backgrounds in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving are also valuable.</li>
<li>Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young children effectively.</li>
<li>Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.</li>
<li>A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.</li>
<li>Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities.</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development in infants.</li>
<li>Provide attentive, loving care that meets each infant’s individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.</li>
<li>Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.</li>
<li>Monitor and document developmental milestones, behavior patterns, and progress to inform ongoing lesson planning and parent communication.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to design activities that support early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays.</li>
<li>Maintain open, positive communication with parents or guardians regarding their child&#8217;s daily experiences and developmental progress.</li>
<li>Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a warm atmosphere conducive to learning and emotional security.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Prior experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood education setting is essential.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, including toddler care and early intervention techniques.</li>
<li>Familiarity with curriculum development focused on literacy education, physical education for young children, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.</li>
<li>Ability to manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies while ensuring safety at all times.</li>
<li>Knowledge of standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with classroom management tools, lesson planning software, or other educational resources preferred.</li>
<li>Certification in child welfare or first aid/CPR is advantageous but not mandatory.</li>
<li>A genuine passion for early childhood education combined with a proactive approach to fostering a nurturing learning environment.</li>
