I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

Mrs. Caldwell
Hello, I am your school director, Ms. Caldwell.
My Masters of Education degree from Cambridge College and a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Ohio Northern University helped prepare me for the over twenty years I have been in the education field.
Teaching brings such joy. When a student lights up because the math problem suddenly makes sense, another learns to use the calm down basket and self regulate and witnessing the look or awe and wonder on a face brings magic to my soul.
I believe in community. That we are better together! I believe in creating safe spaces for people to learn, explore, and excel. The Primrose School of Pickerington is dedicated to creating those spaces!
We look forward to you joining us and brining your own magic.
