Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Richardson
Mrs. Richardson is a dedicated lead teacher at Primrose who joined the school in early 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience in childcare. With a career spanning for almost a decade, she has been passionately nurturing young minds since 2017. Mrs. Richardson’s enthusiasm for education shines through in her daily interactions with her students, as she takes great joy in helping them explore and learn new things. Her education background and work experience is quite impressive. She has an Associates degree in early Childhood Education. She has incredible experience as she held different positions, Babysitter, nanny, teacher, Daycare worker, and worked at KinderCare Academy school as a lead teacher. She also been in an Exchange Program Au pair from 2018-2020. Mrs. Richardson cherishes spending quality time with her students, especially when watching them achieve their milestones and become a functional member of society. Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Richardson interests and hobbies reflect her vibrant personality. When she’s not at school, she loves to create content, Lesson plans. Going to the gym, teach English to Portuguese speakers and read. Last but not least, Mrs. Richardson also has a passion for writing. Mrs. Richardson commitment and love for teaching, makes her a valuable and dedicated member of the Primrose School at Moorefield Station team.

Mrs. Lauber-Stahl
Mrs. Lauber Stahl is a valuable member of the Pre-K Team, bringing a unique set of skills and experiences to the classroom. Her background in psychology and English likely enriches her ability to connect with and teach young children effectively. Her diverse experiences in tutoring, babysitting, volunteering for Head Start, and caring for teens in a residential home demonstrate her commitment to working with children and her ability to adapt to different environments.
Mrs. Lauber Stahl’s passion for watching her students grow and adapt as they explore the world is undoubtedly a great asset to the Prekindergarten Team. This enthusiasm for child development is crucial in fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment for young learners.
Outside of her work at Primrose, Mrs. Lauber Stahl enjoys spending quality time with her husband, particularly through activities like playing Dungeons & Dragons (DND). Her interests in crafting, including sewing, painting, and sculpting, reveal a creative side that can potentially be integrated into her teaching approach.
Her love for reading and writing aligns well with her role in a prekindergarten classroom, where literacy skills play a pivotal role in a child’s development. Her favorite children’s book, “Red: A Crayon Story,” may offer valuable insights into her teaching philosophy and the types of stories she enjoys sharing with her students.
Additionally, Mrs. Lauber Stahl’s love for hiking and hidden talent in puzzles suggests she leads an active and intellectually stimulating life outside of her teaching role, which can contribute to her well-rounded approach to education. Overall, her diverse interests and experiences make her a well-rounded and engaging educator for young children.

Dr. Uddin
Dr. Uddin’s impressive qualifications and qualities make her an ideal candidate for this role. Her patience, kindness, knowledge, and dependability are undoubtedly assets when working with young children, especially in a leadership position.
Her extensive experience in both child care and higher education, coupled with her Doctorate degree in Counseling & Education, demonstrate her expertise in early childhood development and teaching methodologies. This background will certainly benefit the children in the PreK classroom by providing them with a well-rounded and high-quality educational experience.
Dr. Uddin’s passion for teaching foreign languages and her multilingual abilities are also valuable assets. Introducing young children to different languages and cultures can broaden their horizons and cognitive development.
It’s clear that Dr. Uddin is dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for her students, and her continued commitment to their education is commendable. The children in the PreK classroom are fortunate to have such a dedicated and skilled lead teacher.
