Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Rose Nester
Ms. Rose Nester is a cherished member of our Primrose family. With many years of dedicated nannying experience and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Liberty University, she brings both compassion and insight to our Venture Program classrooms. Her background gives her a deep understanding of child development, social–emotional growth, and the importance of creating nurturing, meaningful connections with every child.
We value Ms. Rose for her warm, patient approach and her genuine passion for teaching. She is committed to helping children explore, learn, and thrive through hands-on experiences and supportive guidance. Her ability to bond with children and celebrate their individual successes makes her a trusted, joyful presence in our school community.
As part of our Venture Program, Ms. Rose contributes creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to fostering curiosity. She helps build a classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to discover their world. We are grateful to have her on our team and look forward to the positive impact she continues to make each day.
