Bio:  Ms. Elysha is the Director at Primrose School of Gainesville.  She has been with the school for over 20 years!

She attended North Hall High School and holds a CDA certificate in Early Childhood Education. Having lived her entire life in the North Hall area, she is deeply rooted in the community.

As a mother, Ms. Elysha has a unique perspective and connection to the school. Her son attended Primrose from infancy through the Explorers Club, graduating from the Private Kindergarten class in 2014.

Ms. Elysha’s passion for working with children began when she was a little kid, and it has continued to drive her throughout her career. She loves building relationships with families and children at Primrose, finding joy in seeing children learn and grow. Her goal is to create a positive learning environment that fosters the development of the next generation of leaders.

In her free time, Ms. Elysha is very active in her son’s activities, including dairy cow showing. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, riding bikes, and being outdoors. Baking is another one of her loves, and she takes great pleasure in serving others.  Ms. Elysha has been married to her best friend, Brian, for 22 years.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Elysha leading our preschool, and her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the children and families is truly inspiring.

Franchise Owners

Heather and Thomas Choi

Hi.  Welcome to Primrose Schools!

We are Heather and Thomas Choi, the proud owners of Primrose School of Buford and Gainesville.

When Heather and I decided to go into business together, we wanted to ensure that whatever goods and services we offered would serve a greater purpose and make an impact in the community.  Our exploration led us down the path of early childhood education, where we ultimately discovered Primrose.  We were inspired by our experiences in raising our children, and the challenges we faced in finding quality care and education.  We knew the immense sense of pride and fulfillment we would have in providing to others the kind of nurturing, caring environment we wished our children were able to enjoy in their early years.

In meeting with the Primrose leadership team and getting to know the brand’s values and mission, we were drawn to not only the rich curriculum and approach to education but also the emphasis on character development.  “Who children become is as important as what they know” is a belief that is at the core of the Primrose Balanced Learning approach, and one that we both feel very passionately about.

Prior to becoming Primrose school owners, Heather built a successful business dedicated to helping clients design, renovate, and beautify their homes. She also had a career in early childhood education teaching elementary school students and supporting a special needs classroom. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Cal State Long Beach.

I have a corporate background in advertising and media working on leading global and national brands.  I led teams in developing business and brand growth strategies as well as consulting on digital transformation for our clients.  I’m a proud Longhorn, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Texas.

We have three beautiful children, Madeleine, Andrew and Dylan.  Maddie is a graduate from University of Georgia thriving in her career in investment banking.  Andrew is proudly serving our country in the United States Air Force, aspirating to be a pilot.  Dylan, our youngest, is in high school and an avid, skilled lacrosse player.

We are proud to offer the Primrose experience, and very excited to welcome you to our Primrose family!  ~ Heather and Thomas

Our family would love to meet yours.
