Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Mrs. Roman
Hello! My name is Mrs. Roman, I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive.
My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Mrs. Cruz
Hello, my name is Mrs. Cruz, and I am the School Director at Primrose School of Dublin Jerome. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and have worked in the early childhood field since 2006, with fifteen years of leadership experience. My husband and I have three children: a 15-year-old daughter and two sons, ages 13 and 6. In my free time, I enjoy visiting flea markets, attending local festivals, reading, and spending time with my family. I am excited to build strong relationships with our staff, students, and families and to support a positive, nurturing school community!

Mrs. Bowen
Hello! I am Mrs. Bowen and I am an Education Coach here at the Primrose School of Dublin Jerome. I have my Bachelors in Elementary Education from Ashland University. I also have an Associates in Child Development. I have previously served as the Education Coach at our sister school, Primrose School of Golf Village. I spent this past summer teaching our Explorer Summer Camp program as well. I began my Primrose career many years ago while attending college as a preschool teacher and summer camp teacher at our sister location, Primrose School of Canal Winchester. Life has taken me many directions throughout my career in education but I have always found my way back to my home, Primrose. I love watching children learn and grow with our balanced curriculum. I also have a passion for supporting our teachers to be the best version of themselves for your children. In supporting and mentoring teachers, I am able to provide your children with the best learning experience possible. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and dog, Smokey.

Ms. Chunn
Hello, my name is Mrs. Chunn and I am the Assistant Director here at Primrose. I have my Bachelors of Art degree in Medical Billing and Coding. I have been working with young children for about fifteen years, with experience in teaching, personal nannying, and volunteer work in nurseries. It is truly a privilege to be part of a child’s early development and to witness their wonder and growth as they explore the world. I find awe in this experience every single day! At home, I have two older children: a fourteen-year-old and a nine-year-old. We also have two cats named Dante and Lucy, and a rat named Cookie! Our family is quite artsy, and we love to play board games together. I can’t wait to meet all the kids at Primrose and become a part of our Primrose community!

Ms. Stallings
Hello, my name is Ms. Stallings and I am a Teacher Mentor here at Primrose! I graduated from Rockford University in Illinois with a degree in English. I have been teaching at Primrose for four years and have been a childcare provider for over seven years. I started as a teacher in the Preschool and Preschool Pathways classrooms at our sister school locations. In my free time I like to read fantasy novels and explore the area with my family. I am most looking forward to getting to know the families and staff as well as building relationships with them!

Ms. Schuh
Hello! My name is Ms. Schuh, and I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Primrose. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and have experience working in various youth programs, including another Primrose location in a Pre-Kindergarten classroom. My passion lies in enriching students’ lives through reading and art. Being a part of children’s daily lives and witnessing their growth and achievements is incredibly rewarding. When I’m not in class, you can find me working on an art project or spending time with my dog! I can’t wait to meet all the kiddos at Primrose and become a part of our community!

Mrs. Colvin
Hello! My name is Mrs. Colvin, and I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Primrose. I hold a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Tolles and have seven years of experience working with children. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, baking, and spending time with my husband and dog. I look forward to getting to know your children and being a part of their learning journey. I can’t wait to meet you at Primrose and become an active member of our Primrose community!

Mr. Varoli
I’m Mr. Eric Varoli and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I’m originally from Akron, Ohio. I recently graduated from the University of Akron and I am excited for this new adventure. I am happy that I get to teach and help the next generation! I have a silly personality and I love to bring individuality to the classroom and school community. I am looking forward to working and getting to know you all!

Ms. Kaur
I’m Ms. Megha Kaur and I would like to share a bit about myself. I love working with children and am so excited to start this new chapter with Primrose. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, spending time with my dog, Tipsy, and I love to host get togethers for my friends and family when I’m able to. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your families as well!

Mrs. Merle
Hello! My name is Mrs. Merle, and I am a Preschool teacher here at Primrose. I hold a Montessori certification and have over a year of experience working with preschool-aged children. I am passionate about teaching character-building skills and enjoy watching children grow and flourish as they explore the world around them. I look forward to teaching your children and can’t wait to meet all the families at Primrose!

Mrs. Sharma
Hello, my name is Ms. Sharma, and I am a preschool teacher here at Primrose. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and most of my teaching experience comes from my time in India. I have children of my own, and we recently moved to Ohio. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am excited to build positive connections with my students and support their growth throughout the year. I look forward to meeting all the families at Primrose!

Ms. Kise

Ms. Richards
I’m originally from Kingston, Jamaica; however I reside in Columbus, Ohio now. I have attended the University of Toledo and am currently attending Columbus State Community College. I am also in the Army Reserves and have been a part of that organization for four years. I previously worked with children through summer camps and have always loved creating a fun, active, and supportive environment for kids. I’m passionate about helping children learn through play and building positive relationships with family and staff. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, playing Uno with family and friends, and watching Netflix. I’m excited to be a part of the Primrose family and to grow in my role. I’m looking forward to a great school year with wonderful staff, children, and families.

Ms. Parker
Hello! My name is Ms. Parker, and I am an Early Preschool teacher at Primrose. I have my high school diploma and have spent the last three years working in childcare. What I love most about teaching is all the various insights I gain, not only from my colleagues but also from the children. I am excited to build relationships with both the parents and students in my class. Outside of Primrose, I enjoy drawing and spending time with my cats. I am thrilled to join the Primrose Dublin Jerome team and can’t wait to meet all the families!

Ms. Austermiller
Hello! My name is Ms. Austermiller, and I am an Early Preschool teacher here at Primrose. I hold a High School Diploma and an Early Childhood Education Certificate from Tolles Career and Technical Center. I have been working with children for about two years and am excited to be part of the Primrose community. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dogs on long walks, reading, and volunteering. I look forward to learning more about you and your family!

Ms. Stinemetz
Hello! My name is Ms. Stinemetz, and I am an Early Preschool teacher at Primrose. I have my high school diploma and have been working at one of our other Primrose locations for two years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, listening to music, and writing poems. I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family!

Ms. Silcott
My name is Ms. Rory Silcott! I am so excited to work with your family and get to know all about you! I am currently a college student working towards a degree in marketing. I enjoy trying new things, reading, and meeting new people.

Mrs. Adari
Hello! My name is Mrs. Adari, and I am a toddler teacher here at Primrose. I have over ten years of experience working with children. I previously worked as a private nanny for a family, which I absolutely loved. I enjoy singing, dancing, and ensuring all the children feel safe and welcomed in my classroom. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I look forward to being a part of the Primrose!

Mrs. Gandhi
Hello! My name is Mrs. Gandhi, and I am a Toddler teacher here at Primrose. I have a Bachelor’s degree and have been teaching toddlers for two years. I have a daughter in elementary school, and I enjoy spending time with my family when I’m not working. I look forward to being a part of the Primrose family and getting to know all the children and families!

Ms. Toliver
Hello! I am Ms. Toliver, and I am an Older Infant teacher here at Primrose. I am thrilled to be part of the Primrose of Dublin Jerome team! My background includes being the middle child in a family of seven siblings and babysitting for other families. I have a passion for animals; I previously worked at the Columbus Zoo, where my two favorite California sea lions were named Nana and Sunshine. In my free time, I enjoy playing games with my family and exploring Columbus with my husband. I can’t wait to meet all the children at Primrose and become an integral part of our Primrose community!

Ms. Walker
Hi! I’m Ms. Walker, and I’m passionate about working with children and helping them learn and grow. I graduated from Marysville High School in 2023, but my journey with kids started long before that. When I was 13, I began volunteering in children’s ministry, and that experience inspired my love for teaching and mentoring young learners. During high school, I worked with the Marysville Student After-School Center Program, where I had the opportunity to support students in a fun, engaging environment. In my free time, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, coloring, and spending time outdoors.

Mrs. Edwards
Hello! I am Mrs. Edwards and I am an Infant teacher here at Primrose. I have my CDA and I have been working in childcare for over ten years. I’ve worked with various ages, including leadership and I am very excited to start my Primrose journey at Dublin Jerome! In my free time I love crafting, reading, and going on adventures with my family. I can’t wait to meet all of the children at Primrose and become a part of our Primrose community!

Ms. Campbell
I’m Ms. Abby! I have always had a passion for teaching children. I have two daughters who are very involved in sports. We love being outside, playing new games, hiking and camping. We are always looking for new parks and adventures! I love going to karaoke to support my friends as well!

Ms. Sturgill
Hello! My name is Ms. Sturgill, and I am an Infant teacher here at Primrose. I am very excited to join the Primrose family and look forward to meeting and building connections with all the kids and parents. I love reading, and Dr. Seuss is my favorite author. I enjoy being around children and watching them learn and grow; it’s so exhilarating when they discover something new. I have experience babysitting young toddlers and am eager to expand that experience. I can’t wait to meet all the children at Primrose and become a part of our wonderful community!

Hello, my name is Mr. Flow, and I am excited to work as the chef here at the School of Primrose Dublin Jerome. I love creating new recipes. In my free time, I enjoy making art, sketching, watching movies, and reading books! I can’t wait to meet all the children at Primrose and become a part of our Primrose community!

Ms. Washburn
Hello! My name is Ms. Washburn. I was born and raised in Alabama, where I have spent most of my life. I am a proud mother of two amazing children who mean the world to me. In my spare time, I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, writing, and singing. I have a deep passion for working with children and feel honored to play a role in their learning and growth. I am thrilled to be part of the Primrose team and look forward to building meaningful connections with the children and their families.

Mrs. Ramesh
Hello, my name is Mrs. Ramesh, and I am a support teacher here at Primrose. I am very excited to work with the school and meet all the wonderful children! I have experience volunteering with preschoolers at my church, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. At home, I have two children, and we love to bake and do crafts together during our weekends and free time. I also do event decoration on the side, which keeps me busy when I’m not teaching or with my family. I look forward to teaching all the children and growing with the school!

Ms. Phelps
Hello, my name is Ms. Phelps, and I am a support teacher at Primrose. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science and have several years of experience in child care. I love being around children and connecting with them as they grow and learn. My favorite activities in the classroom include singing and playing with bubbles! In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing. I can’t wait to meet all the children at Primrose and become a part of our Primrose community!

Mrs. Braun
Hello, I’m Mrs. Braun, and I am a support teacher here at Primrose! I grew up in Wapakoneta, Ohio, and I am the oldest of six children in my family. My two sons have been attending Primrose for the past few years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Communications. Planning adventures is one of my passions, as I love to see, learn, and experience new things! I also have a great love for dogs, which inspired me to become a certified dog trainer. I am very excited for this school year!
