Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Colvin
Hello! My name is Mrs. Colvin, and I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Primrose. I hold a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Tolles and have seven years of experience working with children. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, baking, and spending time with my husband and dog. I look forward to getting to know your children and being a part of their learning journey. I can’t wait to meet you at Primrose and become an active member of our Primrose community!

Mr. Varoli
I’m Mr. Eric Varoli and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I’m originally from Akron, Ohio. I recently graduated from the University of Akron and I am excited for this new adventure. I am happy that I get to teach and help the next generation! I have a silly personality and I love to bring individuality to the classroom and school community. I am looking forward to working and getting to know you all!

Ms. Kaur
I’m Ms. Megha Kaur and I would like to share a bit about myself. I love working with children and am so excited to start this new chapter with Primrose. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, spending time with my dog, Tipsy, and I love to host get togethers for my friends and family when I’m able to. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your families as well!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Merle, and I am a Preschool teacher here at Primrose. I hold a Montessori certification and have over a year of experience working with preschool-aged children. I am passionate about teaching character-building skills and enjoy watching children grow and flourish as they explore the world around them. I look forward to teaching your children and can’t wait to meet all the families at Primrose!

Mrs. Sharma
Hello, my name is Ms. Sharma, and I am a preschool teacher here at Primrose. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and most of my teaching experience comes from my time in India. I have children of my own, and we recently moved to Ohio. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am excited to build positive connections with my students and support their growth throughout the year. I look forward to meeting all the families at Primrose!
