Neeti Sobti
Welcome to Primrose School of Cary, a premier preschool and early childhood education center in Cary, North Carolina.
My name is Neeti Sobti, and I am honored to be the proud Franchise Owner of Primrose School of Cary. With over 31 years of experience in early childhood education and preschool leadership, I bring a lifelong passion for nurturing young children and supporting families during their most important early years.
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Child Development, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education, and have served in a variety of leadership roles throughout my career, including Teacher, Program Coordinator, Center Director (14+ years), and Regional/District Manager (5 years). My professional background includes leadership experience with nationally recognized childcare organizations such as Kiddie Academy, Kids ‘R’ Kids, Rainbow Child Care Centers, KinderCare, and The Learning Care Group. These roles have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of high-quality preschool programs, licensing standards, staff development, and family engagement.
My connection to Primrose is both professional and personal. More than 20 years ago, my daughter graduated from a Primrose school, and the exceptional care, curriculum, and relationships she experienced left a lasting impression on me as both a parent and an educator. Even while leading and touring other childcare centers, Primrose consistently stood out as the gold standard in preschool education, safety, and character development.
The Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, which blends purposeful play with intentional instruction, aligns closely with my educational philosophy. At Primrose School of Cary, we focus on more than academic readiness, we prioritize social-emotional development, confidence-building, character growth, and kindergarten readiness, ensuring children are prepared for success in school and in life.
I strongly believe that the best preschool experiences are built through strong partnerships between families and educators.
