Mrs. Peaches Rocheford

Mrs. Taylor Healy
Mrs. Taylor Healy serves as the Principal of the Primrose School of Burlington. Her journey with Primrose began in 2021 as an Early Preschool teacher, and she now returns in a leadership role, bringing with her a strong sense of purpose, compassion, and a clear vision for building an inclusive and inspiring school community.
With a deep belief in the power of partnership, Mrs. Healy is dedicated to fostering a school culture where faculty feel supported and empowered, and where families are actively connected to their children’s educational journey. Her leadership philosophy centers around care, clarity, and collaboration—ensuring that every member of the school community feels respected and valued.
Mrs. Healy is committed to creating a joyful and nurturing environment where children thrive, educators are celebrated, and families feel a true sense of belonging. She strives to lead by example, showing up consistently, advocating for her team, and championing the growth and success of both students and staff.

Mrs. Shana Chacon
Mrs. Shana Chacon began her journey with Primrose School of Burlington from opening day back in April 2014. Shana earned her B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology in 2011 and since dedicated her career to educating young minds.
During her years at Primrose, Shana has successfully worked with all ages from infancy to kindergarten to become an expert in curriculum implementation, classroom management, classroom organization, and parent partnerships.
Shana has successfully trained over 85 faculty members. As the Faculty Development Coordinator, Shana is producing new opportunities for faculty which include helping them move from the daycare tradition to becoming a professional early childhood educator. Since becoming the Faculty Development Coordinator in January of 2021 she has trained countless faculty and helped them produce new skills and competencies. Mrs. Chacon’s ultimate ambition is to oversee all future Faculty Development Coordinators of the Van Emon schools and continues to learn and strive to be the best offer of help to all faculty.

Ms. Kaylee Fahey
Ms. Kaylee Fahey serves as our Cross-School Mentor, a uniquely designed role that extends the reach of our education team by providing targeted, hands-on classroom support across multiple schools. Kaylee joined our organization in January 2024 and has quickly proven herself as an essential leader in fostering instructional excellence and classroom culture.
Currently completing her degree in Psychology at Salem State University, Kaylee brings a deep understanding of child development and human behavior to her work. With over four years of experience in childcare, she combines practical classroom expertise with an ability to connect meaningfully with both children and educators.
As Cross-School Mentor, Kaylee partners directly with Education Coaches, Principals, and classroom teachers to accelerate growth in our classrooms. She models best practices, provides real-time coaching, and ensures that strategies developed through our coaching system are effectively implemented. Her work strengthens teacher confidence, consistency, and classroom culture, producing sustainable improvements that benefit both faculty and students.
Kaylee’s role represents our ongoing commitment to providing teachers with exceptional, personalized development opportunities and ensuring that every child benefits from a thriving, well-supported classroom environment. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion make her an extraordinary asset to our schools and a powerful example of the supportive, growth-minded community we strive to build.

Ms. Ashley Bonetti
Ms. Ashley Bonetti joined the Primrose School of Burlington community in 2021 as a seasonal, school-wide support teacher. While home from college, she established herself as a reliable and dedicated team member by providing consistent support in all classrooms. Her willingness to step in wherever needed and her genuine care for both students and faculty made her an essential part of daily school life.
After earning her dual bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Maine in 2025, Ms. Bonetti returned to Primrose as the Director of School Operations. In this role, she oversees key aspects of the school infrastructure, including purchasing for the school and classrooms, maintaining health and safety standards, and facilities management. Her background in business management and her attention to detail help ensure that the school environment remains well-organized, safe, and welcoming for all.
Ms. Bonetti is passionate about creating a strong operational foundation that allows teachers to focus on what they do best – educating and nurturing children. She believes that behind every successful classroom is a strong support system and is committed to ensuring faculty and families feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Grateful for the mentorship she received during her time as a support teacher, Ms. Bonetti is proud to serve as a resource and advocate for the very educators who shaped her journey. She looks forward to continuing to grow within the Primrose community and to fostering an environment where children, teachers, and families can flourish.

Chef Michael Tuminelli
With an impressive 42 years of experience in the food service industry, Chef Michael brings with him a commitment to excellence in kitchen services and operations.
For the past 26 years, Chef Michael held his previous role as First Cook at New England Deaconess before making the decision to take a new opportunity that supports him and his desire to be with family.
Outside of the kitchen, Chef Michael is a proud husband, father, grandfather, and dog dad. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cheering on his favorite football team, and, of course, cooking up delicious meals that bring people together.
At PSOB, we’re always working to improve and enhance our menus wherever possible, and we look forward to including Chef Michael’s experience, passion, and fresh perspective in that process.

Mrs. Sakina Pashayeva
Ms. Sakina Pashayeva holds a Master’s Degree in American Literature and is inspired by how Primrose fosters diversity and inclusion in the classroom. She values creating an environment where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
Sakina is known for her empathy, kindness, patience, and persistence, qualities she brings into her teaching every day. Her goal is to be the best teacher she can be, guiding her students with care and dedication. Above all, Sakina loves her students and is committed to helping them learn, grow, and succeed in a nurturing environment.

Mrs. Usha Rani Mishra
Ms. Usha Rani Mishra brings patience, empathy, and a deep love for education to her role as an Infant Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She chose Primrose because of its high standards and the culture of nurturing, compassion, kindness, and respect that is at the heart of the school community.
With a strong commitment to helping children learn and succeed, Ms. Mishra creates a classroom environment where infants feel safe, supported, and cared for as they begin their earliest stages of growth. She is passionate about fostering children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.
Ms. Mishra is excited to continue building her own skills and learning alongside her students. One of her proudest accomplishments is being recognized as Teacher of the Month in her previous teaching role, an honor that reflects her dedication and impact as an educator.

Ms. Lillian Bartlett
Ms. Lillian Bartlett became a member of the Primrose School of Burlington in August 2023, taking on the important role of a school-wide support faculty member and quickly transitioned into the role of one of our infant teachers. Drawn by the shared values and ethics of Primrose, Ms. Bartlett embraced the opportunity to contribute to a community that resonates with her personal beliefs.
A graduate of UVM with a BA in Food Systems, Ms. Bartlett’s academic background is a testament to her commitment to holistic well-being. This dedication aligns perfectly with Primrose’s approach to nurturing not only academic growth but also social, emotional, and physical development.
Ms. Bartlett’s choice to join Primrose is a reflection of her alignment with the school’s philosophy. Her decision was influenced by the school’s dedication to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Her passion for supporting children’s growth and her desire to contribute positively to their development make her a natural fit within our Primrose community.

Ms. Sharon Navarro
Ms. Sharon Navarro brings patience, empathy, and compassion to the youngest learners in our community. She chose Primrose because she shares the school’s values of providing children with a strong educational foundation while helping them feel confident, secure, and good about themselves.
With years of experience working with children, Ms. Navarro has developed strong skills in patience and problem-solving, allowing her to thoughtfully support each child’s unique needs. Her proudest achievement is being a mom, a role that deepened her understanding of how important nurturing care and family partnership are during the early years. Ms. Kayla Tan
Ms. Kayla Tan brings compassion, strong communication skills, and a love for working with children to her role as a School-Wide Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Sonography but discovered her true passion in early childhood education, inspiring her to pursue a future as a certified teacher.
Kayla chose Primrose because of its supportive environment and research-based curriculum—both of which align with her desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in children’s lives. She is especially excited to build her skills in early intervention and support children through the critical stages of social-emotional and language development.
Known for her caring nature, patience, and ability to connect with children, Ms. Tan creates a warm and reassuring presence wherever she goes. She is eager to get to know the children, staff, and families while contributing to a positive and nurturing school community.
Outside of work, Kayla loves to travel and explore new places, bringing curiosity and openness into her teaching practice. With her dedication and heart for children, she is a wonderful addition to the Primrose team.

Ms. Taylor Jabour
Ms. Taylor Jabour joined Primrose School of Burlington in 2025 as a Toddler Support Teacher, bringing with her a natural ability to create a warm, nurturing environment where young children feel safe, valued, and understood. She was drawn to Primrose by the many positive reviews highlighting the school’s dedication to high-quality early childhood education, and she is excited to be a part of this supportive and enriching community.
Ms. Jabour is known for her patience, adaptability, and keen ability to recognize and respond to the needs of the children in her care. Ms. Ashley Vincent
Ms. Ashley Vincent brings kindness, patience, and a genuine love for working with children to her role. She graduated from Salem State University, where she was proudly named to the Dean’s List and achieved a meaningful personal milestone—becoming the first in her family to graduate from a four-year university.
Ashley chose Primrose because she was inspired by the school’s deep investment in child development and its commitment to creating a nurturing environment for every learner. She is dedicated to providing that same warmth and encouragement in her work, with the goal of helping each child feel welcomed, supported, and confident.

Mrs. Heloisa Garcia
Mrs. Heloisa Garcia brings warmth, dedication, and professionalism to her role as a Toddler Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She chose Primrose because of its welcoming, supportive, and professional atmosphere, which aligns closely with her values as an educator and a parent.
She is known for being focused, a strong communicator, and highly attentive to detail which are all qualities that help her support toddlers through both everyday routines and developmental challenges. Mrs. Consolate Dennis
Mrs. Consolate Dennis brings warmth, dedication, and a strong educational foundation to her role as a Toddler Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is deeply committed to supporting children during this important stage of growth and development.

Ms. Camden Delgado
Ms. Delgado brings a diverse background in dental assisting and is excited to grow within the education field, expanding her skills and knowledge as an early childhood educator. She is especially inspired by the opportunity to build meaningful connections with her students while learning more about the program and its impact on young learners.
Ms. Delgado is known for her caring nature, high energy, and outgoing personality—qualities that help her create a warm, engaging, and positive classroom environment. She is passionate about supporting children’s growth and development and strives to make each day fun and enriching.
Her long-term goal is to open her own early childhood center, where she can continue to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Outside of work, Ms. Delgado enjoys staying active by working out, going to the gym, and relaxing while watching

Ms. Suzanne Fairfield
Ms. Suzanne Fairfield brings creativity, dedication, and a love for music and children to her role at the Primrose School of Burlington. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music and chose Primrose because it allows her to combine her passion for working with children with her desire for new and meaningful experiences.
Known for her strong communication skills, hardworking nature, and joy in being around kids, Ms. Fairfield creates an environment where children feel encouraged, supported, and inspired to learn. Among her proudest accomplishments are recording two CDs, graduating from college, and having the opportunity to share her love of music through teaching.
Her ultimate goal is to continue growing in the field of education while finding ways to integrate her degree in music to enrich children’s learning experiences. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with friends, singing karaoke, and expressing her creativity in new ways.
Ms. Fairfield considers herself both highly creative and an excellent communicator, qualities that help her connect with students and families alike. She is excited to watch her students grow, learn, and discover their own talents and passions throughout the school year.

Ms. Eliot Luu
Ms. Eliot Luu brings energy, kindness, and a strong passion for working with children to her role at the Primrose School of Burlington. She recently graduated from high school in Lexington and is excited to begin building her experience in early childhood education.
Eliot has a natural love for working with kids and enjoys creating positive, supportive environments where children feel comfortable and cared for. Her experience with babysitting and customer service has helped her develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to stay organized and attentive in busy settings.
Ms. Luu is excited to bring her positive attitude, reliability, and passion for children into the classroom. She looks forward to building connections with students and supporting their learning and growth each day.

Ms. Gabriela Perez
Ms. Gabriela Perez brings warmth, patience, and a strong passion for supporting children’s learning to her role as a School-Wide Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she values communication, connection, and creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Gabriela has meaningful experience working with students on the autism spectrum and has supported behavioral plans, classroom routines, and individualized strategies that help children feel understood and successful. Her compassionate approach and calm presence allow her to meet children where they are while guiding them through social, emotional, and developmental growth.
One of her strengths is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe learning environment which is something she takes great pride in, knowing it helps children feel comfortable and confident throughout their day.

Ms. Sarah Newhall
Ms. Sarah Newhall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts, where she developed a deep passion for language and education. During her time at the university, she gained valuable experience as an ESL tutor, helping students from diverse backgrounds enhance their English language skills. Her dedication to fostering effective communication and understanding across cultures is at the heart of her teaching philosophy.
In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Newhall has hands-on experience as an assistant teacher in a summer reading program, where she nurtured young readers and instilled a love for learning in her students. Her enthusiasm for education and her warm, approachable demeanor makes her a wonderful addition to our team. Ms. Vanessa Rizzitano

Mrs. Pramila Gautam
Ms. Pramila Gautam brings years of experience and a genuine love for teaching to her role as a Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. She has spent much of her career working with young children, helping them grow into confident and curious learners.
Ms. Gautam chose Primrose because of its kind and supportive culture, as well as its research-based curriculum that aligns perfectly with her passion for early education. Mrs. Sema Ayvazoglu
Ms. Sema Ayvazoglu is a caring and dedicated member of the Preschool team at the Primrose School of Burlington. With a natural love for children and a strong passion for learning, she brings warmth, patience, and enthusiasm to her classroom every day.

Mrs. Christie Chrisosthomme
Mrs. Christie Chrisosthomme joined our Early Pre-School Wing as a dedicated Room 6 teacher in January of 2023. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UMass Boston and previous experience as a behavioral therapist for children aged 2-10, Mrs. Chrisosthomme brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. It was the strong sense of community she discovered that drew her to Primrose as she embarked on a career change.
Driven by her deep interest in child development, Mrs. Chrisosthomme is committed to understanding each child as a unique individual. She recognizes the importance of tailoring her instruction to meet the specific needs and abilities of her students. By differentiating her teaching approach, she ensures that each child receives the necessary support to be challenged and empowered on their individual journey toward becoming the best version of themselves.
In her classroom, Mrs. Chrisosthomme fosters a love for learning by creating an engaging and nurturing environment. She understands that education is a collaborative process and empowers her students to take an active role in their own learning. Ms. Sophie Powell
Ms. Sophie Powell brings dedication, knowledge, and a strong commitment to children’s development to her role at the Primrose School of Burlington. She chose Primrose because she values the nurturing, structured environment provided for children and is excited to be part of a team that truly prioritizes their well-being and growth.
Ms. Powell has achieved an important personal milestone by earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, reflecting her commitment to education and lifelong learning. Ms. Paige Cohen
Ms. Paige Cohen joined Primrose School of Burlington in January 2025 as one of our Pre-Kindergarten teachers. She comes to our community with a dedication to nurturing young minds and fostering an environment where children can thrive. Ms. Cohen is studied Early Childhood Education and is also pursuing her massage therapy license, reflecting her passion for growth and holistic care.
Ms. Cohen chose Primrose School of Burlington because it feels like a safe and professional place where she can thrive and grow. She is excited to get to know her students, their families, and her coworkers, building meaningful connections that contribute to a vibrant classroom community.
With qualities like patience, empathy, creativity, and a big heart, Ms. Cohen strives to create a colorful and bright path for her students. Her goal is to grow as a teacher while helping children explore their potential and develop lifelong learning skills.
In addition to teaching, Ms. Cohen loves painting and cooking, bringing creativity and warmth into everything she does. She considers herself an expert in organization, mindfulness, and meditation practices, which she incorporates into her teaching to help children build self-regulation tools.

Ms. Julianne Kendrick
Ms. Julianne Kendrick brings a unique blend of creativity, patience, and passion for education to her role as a Preschool Teacher in Room 13 at the Primrose School of Burlington. She graduated from High Point University with a double major in English and Technical Theatre, experiences that fostered her love for storytelling, performance, and working with children in creative ways.
Ms. Kendrick was drawn to Primrose because of the kind and caring environment created by its faculty and mission. She believes in teaching with compassion, creativity, and attentiveness, meeting children where they are and encouraging their growth at their own pace. One of her proudest accomplishments includes graduating college with a 4.0 GPA, studying abroad in Italy, and writing and directing her own play. She is also a published poet and hopes to one day run her own children’s theatre.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Kendrick enjoys reading, riding her bike, and spending time with her dog and cat. She considers herself an expert in connecting with kids, helping them feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Excited for the school year ahead, she looks forward to getting to know her students and creating meaningful memories together.

Mrs. Kateryna Hanulia
Mrs. Kateryna Hanulia became a member of the Primrose School of Burlington community in October 2023, taking on the role of Pre-K support. Her decision to join Primrose was driven by the school’s policies and the sense of belongingness it fosters within its community.
With a strong academic background, Mrs. Hanulia holds a BA in Philology and an MA in Language and Literature. Her educational qualifications, coupled with her extensive experience of almost 8 years working with children, contribute to her wealth of knowledge in language development and literature.
Mrs. Kateryna Hanulia’s rich background in language and literature, combined with her passion for working with children, makes her a valuable addition to the Primrose team. Her commitment to enhancing her skills and contributing to the educational journey of students aligns with the school’s mission of fostering a love for learning and providing a strong foundation for children’s future success. Mr. Caio Fernandes
Mr. Caio Fernandes brings enthusiasm, empathy, and a passion for education to his role as a Preschool Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Mr. Fernandes chose Primrose to pursue his passion for working with children and to make a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of students and families.
Known for his patience, positive energy, and creativity, Mr. Fernandes is committed to creating a joyful, safe, and supportive classroom environment. He is excited to build strong connections with both students and colleagues, working as a team to ensure every child feels happy, engaged, and valued each day.
Mr. Fernandes prides himself on his strong communication skills and ability to connect with both parents and children. With a background in physical education and a talent for leading fun, interactive activities, he brings movement, energy, and excitement into the classroom. Mr. Valery Sanon brings 18 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for education to the Primrose School of Burlington. With nearly two decades of dedication to helping children learn and grow, Mr. Valery’s ultimate goal is to be the best teacher he can be every single day. One of his greatest accomplishments is the positive impact he has made on countless children and their families throughout his career. He is excited to continue learning, growing, and contributing as part of the warm and welcoming Primrose community. Mr. Valery’s experience, heart for teaching, and commitment to excellence make him a valued member of our team.

Ms. Tanisha Alam
Ms. Tanisha Alam brings warmth, insight, and a strong understanding of child development to her role as a School-Wide Support Teacher at the Primrose School of Burlington. With a background in psychology, she offers a thoughtful and compassionate approach to supporting children, families, and classrooms throughout the school.
Tanisha began her journey at Primrose three years ago as a seasonal support team member and has continued to grow into a valued part of the community. Known for being patient, kind, understanding, and fun, she builds trusting relationships with children and helps create positive, engaging learning environments.
She considers herself an expert in family dynamics and supporting children’s behavior, using her knowledge to help children feel understood and guided with care. Her ultimate goal is to earn her master’s degree in family therapy, further expanding her ability to support children and families.
Ms. Alam is excited to continue watching the children grow, learn, and thrive, and she looks forward to making a meaningful impact across the Primrose community.

Ms. Kaitlin Carter
Ms. Kaitlin Carter is a new addition to the Primrose School of Burlington community, having joined in April 2024 as one of the Kindergarten Teachers. Her decision to join Primrose was influenced by the wonderful environment for both learning and teaching that the school provides.
With a BA in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Carter is well-equipped to guide and support her students as they embark on their educational journeys. She is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the start of the students’ educational journeys and looks forward to making a positive impact on their lives.
Ms. Carter’s dedication to early childhood education and her commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment make her a valuable asset to the Primrose community. Her enthusiasm for teaching will surely inspire her students to learn and grow throughout the school year.

Ms. Tess O'Regan
Ms. Tess O’Regan, a valued member of our team, joined us as a faculty support in 2018 following her graduation from high school. Since then, she has embarked on a journey of professional growth and development. With certifications to teach Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers, Ms. O’Regan possesses a comprehensive understanding of early childhood development. Her dedication and commitment have led her to gain experience in every wing of our school.
Known for her infectious upbeat attitude and genuine care for the children, Ms. O’Regan has become a beloved figure among both parents and students. Her passion for her work is evident in the genuine joy she finds in her time spent with the children. With her warm and welcoming nature, Ms. O’Regan excels at creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels welcomed and at ease.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Studies and has always had a clear goal of becoming a preschool teacher and being the best educator he can be.
Known for his caring, patient, and compassionate nature, Mr. Daws is committed to supporting children’s growth in a warm and nurturing environment. He believes in meeting children where they are and helping them build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
One of his most valued accomplishments is graduating from college, an achievement that reflects his commitment to education and personal growth. Mr. Daws is excited to meet and work with new students, families, and colleagues, and he looks forward to continuing to grow as an educator while making a positive impact in the classroom.

Ms. Jillian Fitzgerald
Ms. Jillian Fitzgerald brings valuable experience from her work in ABA therapy and a deep passion for supporting children’s growth and development. She chose Primrose because of her love for working with children and her desire to make a meaningful impact in their early learning experiences.
Jillian is known for being supportive, strong, caring, and respectful—qualities she brings into the classroom each day. She is most excited to contribute to helping Primrose become the best preschool it can be, while creating a warm, engaging environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and grow. Outside of the classroom, Jillian enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends.

Ms. Julia Dean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and was drawn to Primrose for its welcoming environment, thoughtful approach to teaching, and strong commitment to cleanliness and care. She is especially proud of her achievement of graduating college and is excited to begin building meaningful connections with both the children and her fellow staff members.
Julia is known for her compassion and patience, qualities that guide her interactions in the classroom each day. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, nurturing environment where every child feels comfortable, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.
