We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Rose Zanola
With 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Child Development. She finds joy in watching children learn new things and grow in confidence.
Her favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and Christmas is her favorite holiday. In her personal time, Ms. Rose enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Ms. Marcia Leffler
Ms. Marcia brings 4 years of child-care experience and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Systems Analysis and Programming. She loves watching children grow and discover new skills.
Her favorite book is Oh, the Places You’ll Go! and Christmas is her favorite holiday. Ms. Marcia values family dinners as a special tradition. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, and watching movies and shows.

Ms. Jennifer Smith
Ms. Jenni has an impressive 27 years of experience working with children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Literacy and Psychology. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children reach new milestones.
She loves reading The Little Mouse, The Red Ripe Strawberry, and The Big Hungry Bear and enjoys celebrating Halloween. One of her favorite traditions is spending summers at the lake. At home, she has two cats, Figaro and Poppy. In her personal time, Ms. Jenni enjoys spending time with her daughter, visiting Disney, doing puzzles and needlepoint, watching movies, and relaxing.

Ms. Madisen Stucle
Mrs. Madisen has 13 years of child care experience and holds an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education. She treasures building special bonds with children while supporting their learning and development.
Her favorite children’s book is I Love You, Stinky Face, and she enjoys both Thanksgiving and Christmas. A favorite family tradition includes cozy “picnic nights” with her husband and daughter—ordering takeout, building forts, and watching movies—as well as baking cookies during the holidays. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and dining out.
