We are Adela and Victor Taboada, proud owners and operators of the Primrose School of Ashburn and the Primrose School of Ashburn at Broadlands. As parents of five children and passionate advocates for early childhood education, we believe one of the greatest gifts parents can give their children is a strong foundation—one that nurtures confidence, compassion, and a love for learning.
At our preschools, we go beyond traditional childcare and daycare by providing a high-quality early education that fosters both academic and social-emotional growth. We strive to create a loving, engaging, and enriching environment where children can thrive. Our experienced and carefully selected faculty members are deeply dedicated to guiding each child in discovering their unique potential through thoughtful, age-appropriate instruction and care.
We are committed to partnering with parents to support the educational, emotional, and social development of every child. Our Balanced Learning® educational system integrates cognitive, social-emotional, character development, physical, and creative learning—helping children build essential skills for a well-rounded and successful future.

Both of our preschools hold a prestigious triple accreditation from Cognia, MSA-CESS, and the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE)—a testament to our commitment to excellence in early childhood education. Additionally, we are honored to have been recognized every year since 2012 as one of the best preschools in Northern Virginia by local publications, a reflection of the trust and support of our wonderful community.
As a former teacher with over two decades of classroom experience, I (Adela) know firsthand how vital these early years are. Victor and I share a deep love for children and a commitment to providing high-quality preschool and childcare programs that prepare them not just for school, but for life. That passion led us to carefully research and ultimately choose the gold standard in early education: Primrose Schools.
