Angela and Steve Richter, Heather and Bobby Moore

Angela and Steve Richter and Heather and Bobby Moore opened the Primrose School at Westerre Commons in October of 2006. Friends since their college days, the two couples take a hands-on approach to managing the operations of the schools. Owning a Primrose School gives both couples the opportunity to focus their professional efforts on providing a meaningful service to their local communities while making a very positive impact on the lives of their employees. Angela and Steve Richter moved to Richmond after graduating from Virginia Tech.  They raised their children in Glen Allen and now live in Manakin Sabot.  Angela earned a BS degree in Dietetics from VA Tech. She manages the foodservice program, helping Primrose students build healthy eating habits. Angela is also responsible for marketing and enrollment at both locations. Steve earned a BS degree in Accounting from VA Tech and an MBA from Duke University. After a career in accounting and finance, Steve now serves as our business and finance manager working behind the scenes to ensure things run smoothly. Heather and Bobby Moore live in Hanover County with their 3 children. Heather earned a BS degree in Early Childhood Education from VA Tech and a MEd degree in Reading from the University of Virginia. She taught in the public school system for 13 years. Heather is responsible for staff training, licensure and accreditation, and curriculum implementation. Bobby grew up in Powhatan and attended James Madison University. After a career working in the agricultural benchmarking industry, Bobby now oversees the facilities management and information technology programs.
