Ms. Kendra is our school Director. She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Family and Child. She taught at a nursery school in Muncie, IN before teaching Pre-K 1 for two years at Primrose. Additionally, she was an Assistant Director for a year before her promotion to the director’s position. She joined the Primrose family in 2007, right when the school opened. In her spare time, Ms. Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and going on vacations. She LOVES anything Disney!

Ms. Allison joined our team in 2020 and is one of our Office Assistants. She comes to us with 18 years of experience in Early Childhood, including 16 years as a teacher and 2 years in the office at another Primrose School. In her free time, Ms. Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids, as well as their beloved Boxer and French Bulldog. She was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Indiana in the summer of 2019 and absolutely loves what Indiana has to offer. Ms. Allison loves being outdoors and exploring the local trails and trying new restaurants! Ms. Allison is so excited to be here as part of the Primrose family, and she looks forward to developing relationships with all of the wonderful families here!

Ms. Haley joined our Primrose team in August of 2022 and is one of our office assistants. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Prior to joining our team here, she worked at another daycare where she had was an assistant teacher in a 2’s classroom! She was most recently was a nanny for a family of 3 for 7 years, until the twins started Kindergarten! In her free time she enjoys hanging out with family, her husband, and her daughter, Harper!

Ms. Esis joined our Primrose team in June of 2025 and we are so glad she did! She comes to us with 11 years of experience and was an Instructional Assistant at Westfield Washington Schools. She chose to join Primrose because she loves helping children learn and grow in a caring and inspiring environment. In the past she has worked at various childcare facilities, and she has an associate’s degree in general studies. In her free time she likes to relax and read. We love having her at Primrose WestClay!

Mr. Josh joined our Primrose team in 2019 and does a wonderful job taking care of all of us with his delicious cooking! Mr. Josh has done a great job with the Primrose menu and making sure that our students have the healthiest food offered to them. We are very lucky to have him on our team!

Ms. Chaima joined our team in June of 2020. Prior to working at Primrose she worked in the hospitality and customer service industry. She has many years of nannying experience and has two sweet boys of her own. When asked about her favorite part of this job she said “my heart is happiest when I am working with children.” In her freetime she loves to travel, shop, and spend time with her family.

Ms. Randa joined our staff in 2018 and came to us with experience from another preschool. Ms. Randa has one teenage son, but comes from a family of 6 sisters. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, and playing video games with her son.

Ms. Merfat joined our team in 2019 and worked previously in the restaurant customer service industry. She has a college degree, worked two years in childcare as well as raised two kids of her own. Ms. Merfat’s favorite part of teaching is watching the kids learn and grow over time. In her free time she enjoys being with her kids and cooking.

Ms. Samah started working at Primrose in early 2018. She has a BA in Computer Science and previously taught the Toddler classroom at another childcare facility for 4 years. She also has a school age daughter. In her free time she enjoys crochet and other needle crafts as well as spending time with her family.

Ms. Nancy has been working at Primrose since January of 2018. Ms. Nancy came to us with 4 years of childcare experience teaching at another school as well as her Child Development Associate certification. She also has two boys of her own who are now school aged. Ms. Nancy loves watching how the kids in her classroom are like little sponges, soaking up all that there is to learn! In her free time she enjoys shopping, going to church, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Fadila has her Child Development Associate and over 35 years of childcare experience. She has been teaching in our Infant room for almost a decade. She wanted to challenge herself by trying a different age group this year and she and her entire class have been thriving! When not working she enjoys shopping, going to the beach and spending time with family.

Ms. Mariam joined our team in 2021 and came to us with over 12 years of teaching experience in early child development. Her favorite part of working with children is teaching and playing outside and singing with the kids. In her free time she enjoys riding her bike and listening to music.

Ms. Dalila joined our team in our Infant classroom in 2017 but then transitioned into an Early Preschool room when we opened new classrooms at the beginning of 2018. During her free time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband, and taking her two kids to the park.

Ms. Horiya joined our Primrose family in 2021. She has a young son of her own and loves children. She enjoys pizza, sports, shopping and dancing. We are so thankful to have her gentle and attentive nature in our classrooms!

Ms. Mak has been part of our Primrose team since 2014. She has a certificate in teaching from her home country and 12 years of teaching experience prior to joining our team. She absolutely loves her babies and they love her too! She is a joy to have at Primrose!

Ms. Samia joined our team in 2018. She came to us from another childcare facility and has two school age children of her own. She has one of the kindest smiles around our school! In her free time she enjoys listening to music, shopping, and cooking.

Ms. Gus has over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She obtained her CDA and has over 120 hours of Conscious Discipline Training. Ms. Gus has two adult daughters and a granddaughter. She is very active in her church and teaches Sunday School and sings on the praise team. Ms. Gus is very enthusiastic when it comes to teaching and has a true passion for nurturing children.

Ms. Randa joined our Primrose team in 2015 and has taught both Early Preschool and Preschool. Ms. Randa has a B.A. in Biology and her Masters in Teaching. In her free time she enjoys reading, drawing and spending time with her husband and three children.

Ms. Olfat has over 10 years of teaching experience and came to us from another childcare center in 2014. She also obtained her Child Development Associate with an emphasis on teaching preschool age children. Ms. Olfat has four kids ranging from preschool to high school. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, and doing crafts.

Ms. Llian joined our Primrose team in 2019, having previously taught Kindergarten in a private school in Egypt. She also volunteers as a Sunday School teacher. Ms. Llian has a BA in Psychology from Minia University in Cairo. In her free time she enjoys helping others and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite part of working with children is having conversations with them and seeing how their little minds work.

Ms. Refka joined our Primrose family in 2019. She came to us with 16 years of experience as a high school teacher. Ms. Refka has a degree in Psychology from El Minia University in Cairo, Egypt. In her free time she enjoys reading and coloring. Her favorite part of working with children is singing with them and making them smile. We are so glad to have Ms. Refka at our school!

Ms. Vikki joined our team in the fall of 2018 but came to us from one of our sister schools where she had been working for 4 years. Prior to working at our sister school she worked at another childcare facility for 4 years. Ms. Vicky has been working with children since she was 14 years old and also has children of her own. She loves teaching children, but she also loves learning from them! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Mrs. Viviane joined our Primrose team in 2020 but came from our sister school, the Primrose School of Bridgewater. She has been working with children for over ten years. She believes in the importance of schooling which is why she loves being at Primrose. Ms. Viviane loves building a strong relationship with her students and her families. We are excited that she has joined our Primrose family.

Ms. Meriem joined our school in 2017. Prior to working at Primrose she was a law professor and a practicing lawyer for over 25 years. She has a degree in International Law and is fluent in French and English. She has two daughters and loves teaching children. In her free time she enjoys reading, working on projects, research, watching tv, and spending as much time with her teenagers as they will allow.

Ms. Adi joined our team in early 2018. She has decades of childcare experience working with children of all ages. She is one of 10 children in her family and grew up watching her younger brothers, nephews and nieces, in addition to other babysitting. She also has experience working with children with special needs. Her favorite part of being in the classroom is seeing the joy on children’s faces as they grow to love learning. In her free time she enjoys drawing, cooking, listening to classical music and doing various activities with her daughter.

Ms. Heidy has been with us for many years! Ms. Heidy is one of our wonderful PreK teachers. She has a big heart and loves her class. We are so happy to have Ms. Heidy at our school!

Ms. Dianne started with us in 2014. She has her B.A. in Elementary Education from California State Northridge. She has worked as a 3rd grade and Pre-Kindergarten teacher. Ms. Dianne is also a professional storyteller at Orchard and she teaches theatre at IRT. In her free time she enjoys singing, art, creating jewelry, knitting, traveling, eating interesting foods and being with her family.

Ms. Watkins has been the teacher of our Explorers Club here at Primrose since 2014. Her creativity and love for art and science really helps stretch the minds and imaginations of her Explorer students. During the morning, Ms. Watkins’ skill set is utilized in our Kindergarten classroom and the Kindergartners love having her! Ms. Watkins loves to further her own education and took the time to earn her Child Development Associate. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, conventions, running 5ks, reading and writing. We are so happy to have Ms. Watkins as part of our Primrose staff!

Ms. Yudi joined our team in 2017 and worked previously at another Preschool. Ms. Yudi’s favorite part of teaching is sharing her love of learning with the kids. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at the park, reading books, watching movies and going to the zoo and Children’s Museum.

Ms. Merihan joined our team in 2022 and we are so glad she did! She loves working here at Primrose and says that the atmosphere feels likes like fmaily. She enjoys learning something new everyday with the kids and seeing them happy!

Ms. Maria joined our Primrose team in June of 2021. She is currently studying to become a Biomedical Engineer. Ms. Maria has the biggest heart and loves getting to know the new friends, watching them grow and seeing their little personalities develop!

Ms. Akhila joined us at Primrose in 2022. She has 1 son who is in High School. She helps us in many classrooms and the kids just love her! She always has a smile on her face and always willing to help! We are so excited and thankful to have Ms. Akhila at our school!

Ms. Khadidja joined our team in 2022 and we are so glad she did! She has the kindest heart and a smile that lights up any room she walks into. She enjoys spending time with the kids and being able to see them light up when they learn something new.

Ms. Adisa joins us with many years of experience in early childhood education. She started her Primrose career at one of our sister schools in 2017. She has also worked in the Westfield school systems. In her free time Ms. Adisa is busy traveling to soccer tournaments with her sons. We are so glad that she is a part of our team!

Ms. Manal started with Primrose in 2022! She works in our Toddlers room as well as helping around the school. In her free time, she love to spend time with her family and go to church. She is so sweet and kind. We are so happy to have her here at Primrose!

Ms. Elham joined Primrose in 2023. She went to college in Egypt and has a degree in Business. Her favorite food is pasta and loves to watch basketball on the weekends. A favorite children’s book of hers is called We are Different. Her favorite thing about this school year is getting to know the kiddos and spending time in the classrooms! We are so happy to have her here at Primrose!

Ms. Fatima started with us originally in 2022. She had a baby boy and then came back to us recently! She is from Algeria and was a teacher back home. She loves to eat different types of food, not picky. On the weekends she loves to spend time with her family. She is most excited about working with the kiddos and getting to know them all. She is always smiling and happy to help wherever needed. We are so happy to have Ms. Fatima as part of our Primrose family!

Ms. Feby joined our Primrose team in 2024 and we are so glad that she did! Ms. Feby wanted to become a teacher simply because she loves working with children. One of her favorite things is being able to play with them and teach them new things! We are so glad Ms. Feby is a part of our family here at Primrose!

Ms. Karen joined our team  in 2024 and we are so glad she did! She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and prior child care experience working in a Sunday School setting. Ms. Karen loves working with kids because she feels like you’ve made an impact on their growth and helping them learn new things!

Ms. Karima comes to us with a background as a computer science analyst and a degree in HR from Algeria. When asked why she wanted to work here at Primrose, she said that she learns something new everyday working with the children and enjoys being around them. She also mentioned how she feels like Primrose WestClay feels like a family with all of the staff members. We love our Ms. Karima!

Ms. Mairene joined our Primrose team in March 2025. She has experience working as a bible school teacher and a dance assistant! Her favorite part of working with children is helping them learn and grow, while being apart of their learning journey. In her personal time she likes to spend time with her family and kids, watch rom-coms and documentaries, and listen to true crime podcasts!

Ms. Feby joined our Primrose team in March of 2025! She comes to us with 2 years of childcare experience, and a Bachelor’s degree of arts in Development Studies and Social Planning. She loves being with children and caring for them, and enjoys seeing their smiles! In her free time she likes to watch TV. We are so glad that Ms. Feby is on our team!

Ms. Suchi joined our Primrose family in 2022 and we are so glad she did! She has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and 2.5 years of childcare experience! Her favorite thing about working with children is seeing them learn and grow, as well as playing with them. At home she speaks Telugu and English, and in her free time she likes to play games and do yoga!

Ms. Brandi joined Primrose in 2019 and has been a great addition! She comes to us with 3 years of prior experience in Early Childhood Education. She received a Bachelor’s degree in English and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Education at Indiana University. During her time at Primrose, Brandi has worked in both Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms. She enjoys spending time with her two children.

Ms. Serine joined our Primrose in 2025 and we are so glad she did. Ms. Serine comes to us with a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences. Ms. Serine says the reason she wanted to become a teacher at Primrose is because she loves to interact with children! She loves to teach them something new each day and seeing them learn makes her so happy!

Ms. Ines joined our team in 2025 and we are so thankful that she did! She is currently in college. Ms. Ines decided to join our team here at Primrose because she loves working with children and watching them learn new things!

Ms. Samantha joined our Primrose team in September of 2025 and says she wanted to become a teacher because she felt called to lead in a good manner. She wanted to be the bright light for kids starting at a young age to help them learn new things in a positive way!  Her favorite thing about working with children is their happy go lucky personalities and their wonder for new things. We are so excited to have Ms. Samantha!

Ms. Ally joined our Primrose team in 2025 and we are so glad she did! When asked why she wanted to be a Primrose teacher she says because she wants to be able to learn new things and hopefully help other little minds too! Ms. Ally’s favorite family tradition is going bowling on everyone’s birthday and family movie nights! We are so glad she is a part of our Primrose family!

Ms. Sam joined our Primrose staff at the beginning of 2026 and we are so glad she did! She comes to us with years of experience as a summer camp counselor, nanny and a babysitter. She wanted to become a Primrose teacher because she has always enjoyed working with children, and she believes that Primrose can give both herself and the kids enrolled an amazing experience. She says that the school itself gives off an upbeat/cheerful energy and believes it can help her grow as a person and as a teacher! We are so thankful to have Ms. Sam here with us at Primrose WestClay!

Ms. Madona joined our Primrose team in early 2026 and we are so happy to have her! She comes to us with education in electronic engineering. She said interested her about Primrose was how we focus on the whole child and how valued the social and emotional development is as well as the academics.

Ms. Mansi joined our Primrose team in March 2026 and we are so glad she did! When asked why she wanted to be a Primrose teacher, she said that she loves being around children and caring for them. She is currently in nursing school and plans to become a pediatric nurse and this job only bring more experience for her! We are so happy to have Ms. Mansi at our school!

Ms. Audrey joined our Primrose team in  March of 2026 and comes to us with experience as a nanny and Special Education Aid. She is currently working on getting her degree in Behavioral Science. Her favorite family tradition is their yearly family camping trip! We are so excited for Ms. Audrey to be part our team here at Primrose WestClay!

Ms. Lyric joined our Primrose team in March of 2026 and we are so happy she did! She has a passion for being around kids and taking care of them and it shows in her spirit and energy. She loves any Dr. Seuss book and her favorite holiday is Christmas. We are so happy to add Ms. Lyric to our Primrose team!

Ms. Camila joined our Primrose team in March of 2026! She loves working with children and watching/helping them to grow and learn. She comes to us with two years as an international au pair and a volunteer in Colombia. Her favorite thing about working with children is seeing them smile and watching them solve a problem for the first time! Ms. Camila will be a great addition to our school and we are so excited to have her!
