Alejandra Rodriguez
Mrs. Rodriguez embarked on her journey in Early Childhood Education back in 2001, and in 2008, she became a valuable member of the Primrose School of Westchase. Her Primrose journey began as a prekindergarten teacher, a role she held with great pride. In 2017, she achieved a significant career milestone when she was promoted to the position of School Director, establishing her place on the school’s leadership team.
She considers herself incredibly fortunate to be an integral part of the extraordinary Westchase community, where she has the privilege of making a positive impact on the lives of families and students each day. Beyond her professional life, Mrs. Rodriguez is a loving wife and proud mother to a daughter who graduated from Primrose.
With both a Director’s Credential and a Child Development Associate’s degree under her belt, she aspires to further her education in the future, demonstrating her commitment to providing the best possible learning environment for her students.
Patricia Posada Gonzalez
Ms. Posada began her career in early childhood education in 2016 and she joined the Primrose School of Westchase in 2020. She began her Primrose career as a prekindergarten teacher and immediately fell in love with the high-quality education and care that Primrose Schools provides to all of the students and staff.
Her accomplishments as a classroom instructor led to her advancement and inclusion as a member of the leadership team as the Assistant Director. She enjoys being able to share with families and teachers with the amazing Primrose “wow” Experience. She is very passionate in what she does and is committed to serving the wonderful community of Westchase, firmly believing who children become is as important as what they know.
She holds both a Directors Credential and a Child Development Associates degree and it is her lifelong goal is to continuously grow in her career as an Early Childhood Education professional.
Her favorite Primrose Principles of Service are “We live with personal and professional integrity, we treat others with respect, we give without expecting, and we serve with passion”
Nereyda Brito
Mrs. Brito started her career at the Primrose School of Westchase in 2007 as a preschool teacher and has over 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is supported by her beautiful family is very proud to be a mother of two amazing boys.
In 2017, she was promoted to become the Director of Education. Her favorite aspects of this role are to serve the Westchase community while being able to support the teachers in implementing the exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum.
She graduated college in 1987 and began her career in the field of education as an Elementary School Teacher in Cuba. Within a few years, she directed her career to specialize as an Early Childhood Education professional. She has also obtained a Child Development Associates degree.
Her favorite inspirational quote is “Educating the mind without educating the heart is not educating at all”
Sandra Nightlinger
Mrs. Nightlinger joined the Primrose School of Westchase in 2006 and has over thirty years of experience in early childhood education. She has served on the leadership team as a school director, director of education, and as the director of admissions. Her passion has always been to build trusted relationships by facilitating strong communication with our Primrose Families.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Temple University and holds multiple credentials within the field of Early Childhood Education.
Personally, she married her high school sweetheart over fifty years ago, has two beautiful children, and four wonderful Grandchildren who live in the Westchase area. She is proud to say that all of her grandchildren have attended Primrose Schools!

My name is Matt McCallister and I am grateful and honored to be given the opportunity to be the new owner of Primrose School of Westchase!
Having previously owned and operated a successful Primrose school with my wife and having 3 children of my own, I know firsthand the passion and commitment of providing excellent early childhood education and care. I want to maintain the highest standards and continue to provide the quality education and care that is expected from Primrose Schools.
As a brief introduction, I am a Florida native that attended the University of Florida for my undergraduate studies (Go Gators!) and earned a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and playing tennis or pickleball.
With deep roots in the Primrose community and being a proud franchise owner since early 2016, I recognize that high quality early childhood education and care with an emphasis on character development nurtures the foundation for one’s future academic and personal successes. With the innovative research-based curriculum offered by Primrose, I am devoted to bringing the best educational experience to the Westchase community.
