Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ta'Kylia
Hello! My name is Ta’Kylia, and I’m excited to tell you a little about myself. I have been working with children for over two years, gaining experience with a variety of age groups. I have a high school diploma and a strong passion for helping children learn and grow. In my personal time, I love spending quality time with my daughter, which is one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge. My favorite food is salad, and my favorite children’s book is Girl Dad. What I’m most excited about this school year is watching each child grow, learn, and reach new milestones.

Gabrielle
Hi, I’m Gabrielle! I’m thrilled to be here and excited to share a little about myself. I’m from Maple, OH. I got my start in childcare babysitting for family and fell in love with it! I enjoy seafood, weekends with friends and family, and reading Clifford the Big Red Dog. I’m excited to help my students grow and create a warm, fun classroom this year!

Katherine
Hi everyone! My name is Katherine, and I’m from Shaker, OH. I’ve spent the past three years working as a camp counselor, which has been such a rewarding and fun experience. I’m currently studying History at the University of Cincinnati, and I absolutely love learning about the past. In my free time, you can usually find me exploring the Cleveland Metroparks or enjoying a big bowl of pasta—my favorite food! One of my favorite childhood books is Hondo and Fabien, and it still makes me smile. I’m really looking forward to getting to know all the amazing kids this school year and making some unforgettable memories together.
