I’m Cara Gauthier! My journey with Primrose Schools began in 2007 when I started my Primrose career as a Teacher at Primrose School of Eden Prairie. I joined the team at Primrose School of Prior Lake and Savage in 2012 as an Early Preschool Lead Teacher. From there, I became the Assistant Director of Education in 2013, Director of Education in 2016 and our Regional Admissions and Enrollment Specialist in 2019, where I supported multiple Primrose schools within the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. In August 2021, I returned to my hometown Primrose- Primrose School of Prior Lake and Savage where I work as the On-site Manager.

I have been living in Prior Lake since 2018. My husband and I have three amazing kiddos and I am proud to deliver a premier early education and care experience to families within our local community!

I joined the Primrose family in July 2017 with 12 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. I love working in the same community I live in and seeing families out and about around Prior Lake and Savage. My favorite thing about Primrose includes the Four Principles of Service that our day is based on as staff. We approach each day with joy, build trusted relationships, connect with warmth and sincerity and deliver the WOW! We can’t wait to meet you and your family!

I have been with Primrose for almost 10 years, teaching Pre-Kindergarten for the first two, Preschool Pathways classroom for 4 years, and the last couple of years as Education coach for the Wonder program before transitioning into my role as Assistant Director. I have enjoyed teaching valuable life skills as a teacher, and love that I get to continue utilizing my knowledge to support our school and teachers as Assistant Director. I live with my daughters, Sadie and Kaylee, in Prior Lake.

Hi, I’m Megan!​ I joined the Infant team at Primrose School of Prior Lake and Savage in 2022 with over 12 years of experience working within the Early Childhood Industry. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Studies and a minor in Psychology. I joined the Primrose School of Prior Lake and Savage Leadership Team in May 2025, and am excited to support families and teachers in my new role as the School Administrative Assistant.

I live in Prior Lake with my husband and daughters- Lainey and Lily, who also attend Primrose School of Prior Lake and Savage.​ I can’t wait to meet you and learn more about your family!

Hi, my name is Ms. Noll! I am so excited to be a part of such a wonderful school. Prior to Primrose, I’ve had 3 years of experience as an Assistant Director. I have my teaching license; however, I have found my passion in teaching in an early childhood environment. I am excited for this new adventure in teaching and training staff as your Education Coach!
