Greetings! My name is Taylor and I am honored to serve as Executive Director for such a wonderful company. My passion for working with young children has always driven me to be a successful teacher. My initial motivation was working in healthcare as a pediatric physician which prompted me to begin taking emergency medicine classes. I conducted my hospital and ambulance rounds before taking a position as an assistant teacher in Houston, TX. I found so much fulfillment in that profession that I was inspired to start to take child development classes shortly after. I received my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a focus on Child Development in 2014.

During my time in school, I worked my way from a toddler lead teacher to an assistant director for another private preschool in Austin. I was drawn to Primrose because of the excellent reputation and true passion of each person I met during a visit to the school. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new parks with my husband, Daniel, our son Hudson and our fur babies! We are foodies that love trying new restaurants and shops in the area.

I have worked with Primrose since 2016 and could not say enough how happy I have been ever since!

Hi! My name is Alyssia and I am the Field Director of Admissions for our premier school!

I was born and raised in Austin, naturally making me a huge UT fan (Hook ‘Em!). I have been married for 14 years and have three daughters and one son, which attends Primrose. I love to bake, play board games and garden. I also enjoy reading, scrap booking and working out.

I attended Austin Community College to study and obtained my certificate in Child Development. I plan to complete my education to reach my goal in getting my bachelors in Family and Child Development. I have been in Early Childhood Education for 20 years, some time spent at another Primrose School. I believe I have a unique perspective of what it means to not only be a Primrose parent but also working through the sequence of being a teacher to being in leadership. These experiences have allowed me to truly learn what families are looking for in their child’s social and academic success through their Primrose journey.

I look forward to building trusted relationships and working with families to make their time here at Primrose the best experience possible.

Hello, my name is Ms. Kimberly and I serve as the Director of Operations here at Primrose Round Rock North. I have worked in childcare since 2011, dedicating over a decade to nurturing young minds. In 2016, I joined Primrose School of Round Rock North and have been a valued member of the team since. I take great pride in supporting the teachers and inspiring curiosity and learning in all students. It is extremely rewarding to witness the progress children make over the course of a school year. I also enjoy collaborating with fellow teachers to continually enhance our curriculum and classroom environment. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning in each student and help prepare them for future success. The smiles and hugs from the children make all the hard work worthwhile and I take pride in making a positive difference for the next generation.

When not fulfilling work responsibilities, my hobbies include enjoying a cup of coffee, taking walks with my family to explore the beautiful Austin area, and discovering what makes this vibrant city unique!  I look forward to continuing my journey and Primrose Round Rock North and helping more children and teachers reach their full potential.

Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Shannon. I was born and raised in Southern California. I’ve been around children my whole life. I’m the second oldest out of the 6 kids in my family. I grew up nannying and helping with all my younger siblings. I am also mom to two wonderful boys. The best part of the day is the excitement on all the children’s faces when I serve the snacks and meals to them. I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose School of Round Rock North team!

Hello everyone, I’m Ms. Monica! I was born and raised in Austin Tx graduated high school in 2018 and became a pediatric Medical Assistant in 2019 and have been for over 4 years, I’ve always had a passion for children that’s either helping them get better or just spending my time and bonding with children. On my free time I love to spend it with my 2 kids, I like to draw, watch movies, listen to music, dance, and absolutely love bonding with my family! I am very excited to be a part of the primrose School of Round Rock North team!

Hello my name is Beatriz. I was born and raised in Edinburg, Texas. I like to read and enjoy swimming when I can. I have a dog named Spot. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Texas A&M- Kingsville. Life took me to Houston, George West, and now here Austin. I’ve worked in different jobs but the latest was as a correctional officer. Working with inmates has made me realize, I want to work with the future of our world tomorrow. I know that working with children provides me with this opportunity.

Hi, I’m Ms. Katelin! I was born and raised in Colorado but recently moved to Texas. I started babysitting at 12 and ever since then I’ve wanted to be a teacher. I’m working towards getting my degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I love to spend time with my pets and outdoor activities. I’m excited for my opportunity to work at Primrose School of Round Rock North in the Infant classroom.

Hello, my name is McKenzie, but everyone calls me Kenzie. I was born in Illinois and raised in the Central Texas area. In my free time, you will find me making memories with those I care about and cheering on my favorite sports teams.  I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose team and look forward to building meaningful bonds with the children as I watch them grow and thrive! 

Hello, my name is Rheagan! I was born in California and moved to Texas in 2019. I have always loved working with kids and started babysitting/nannying when I was 13. I graduated High School in 2023 and plan on going to esthetician school. I love spending time with my family, boyfriend, and traveling back to California to see my 2 older sisters who still live there with their significant others and my nieces and nephew. I’m super grateful to be part of the amazing team at Primrose School of Round Rock North!

I have lived in Texas all of my life, been married for 12 years and have 3 kids. I also have a large family, and we are very close. I really enjoy spending time with my family, working out, and traveling when I find some free time.

I absolutely adore working with children, one of the most rewarding things I have seen from working with children is seeing the smile on their face when they are doing something they enjoy. I have worked in childcare for 3-4 years, before that I was a stay-at-home mom and am currently working towards my Child Development Associate Credential. I am looking forward to building a positive and loving relationship with my fellow employees and your children.

In my free time I enjoy playing volleyball with my boyfriend and friends, I have played volleyball ever since I could pick up a ball. Hi, my name is Azalia and I started my journey as a Primrose teacher in January of 2020! I’ve loved every minute of teaching AND learning from your little ones! When I’m not at work I enjoy reading, being outside, and going to concerts. During football season you can catch me either watching or at a Dallas Cowboys game! I can’t wait to see what else being a Primrose teacher has in store for me! I am grateful I’ve been given the opportunity to not only teach, but also to build a strong relationship with the children.

Hello to everyone! My name is Ms. Joelle and I was born & raised in Austin. I am grateful to be working at a place where I can help children grow to become whatever their heart desires. I graduated in 2022 & I am currently attending school to study child psychology. During my free time I go to the gym, hangout with friends, & I mainly love being with my family. I am Mrs. Rebecca Anderson. I have an amazing husband of thirty-four years as of April 26^th, 2025. We have four children, all of whom are grown and have seven grandchildren. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling to new places, spending time with our family, doing yard work, and watching movies. I have twenty-four years of experience working with children and enjoy every minute of it. I just love watching students reach new milestones and build confidence while learning. I am so happy to be a part of the Primrose family.

My name is Ms. Kandace and I was born and raised in Austin. I love sports (mainly football) and I am a huge fan of the Texas Longhorns and Cowboys. I love to cook! I have a bright and big personality, and I am currently in school for child development. I’m a photographer on the side and I love the outdoors. Hello! My name is Ms. Ally and I am the lead teacher here for Pre-Kindergarten 2 and the Explorer Program! I’ve been interested in childcare at an early age and have always wanted to teach children. I’ve always loved working with children and feel truly fulfilled helping them learn, grow, and feel cared for. Originally from Arizona, I’ve lived in Texas for many years and discovered my passion for childcare through volunteering in church and babysitting. These experiences taught me the importance of creating a safe, loving, and positive environment for every child. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps me connect with families from diverse backgrounds. Hi everyone, I’m Ms. Monse! I was born and raised in Austin, Texas and graduated in 2025. I love working with kids and have gotten more experience with them in my last 2 high school years in which I took a class called Ready Set Teach where I was an elementary school intern! Once I experienced working with kids,  my dream to be a teacher grew even more and I knew it would be my future career. Overall, I am a very outgoing , friendly, and an energetic person. During my free time, I love hanging out with my family, especially my 4-year-old niece, my friends, and discovering new places & new adventures with my boyfriend. A little bit more about me is that my 1st language is Spanish and I am a certified makeup artist! I’ve been taking care of children my whole life—growing up with four siblings, I naturally learned how to connect with kids, calm them when they’re upset, and make them laugh.
