Mrs. Lisa grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, and currently resides with her husband and 3 busy teenage children in Plymouth, MN. Mrs. Gearen has many years of experience in leadership positions related to child care services. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from St. Mary’s University.

With the limited free time she has, Mrs. Gearen enjoys watching her kids’ activities, playing board games with family and friends, power-walking, and boxing.

Mrs. Jen Youngs lives in Zimmerman, MN and brings more than 20 years of experience in childcare to our school. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and is also a proud Primrose parent.

Outside of work, Mrs. Youngs enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves traveling, camping, hiking, and exploring national parks with her family. She is also passionate about animal rescue and actively supports related causes.

Ms. Emily is the Education Coach. She has her Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Studies and over five years experience working with ages infant through Pre-K. Emily specializes in supporting educators as they build developmentally responsive, child-centered practices.

In her  free time she enjoys hiking, exploring thrift stores and watching her favorite Netflix shows!
