Ms. Debra Temple began working with Primrose Schools in 2013. Since that time she has held many roles ranging from teacher to Executive Director. Ms. Temple has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education and over 20 years experience working in the Early Childhood field. She also has a VPK-Endorsed Directors Credential for the State of Florida. Ms. Temple absolutely loves sharing our wonderful Primrose program and philosophy with families and teachers. Ms. Temple is married with one daughter who attended a Primrose School from infancy through private kindergarten. In her off time, she and her family enjoy trips to Disney Parks and spending time by the pool together.

With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Faulkner is  deeply passionate about fostering young minds. She has had the opportunity to live in various states across the U.S. and the UK, enriching her understanding of diverse educational environments. Currently an empty nester, she began her career with Primrose in 2020, where she continues to dedicate herself to the field of early education. In addition to her role at Primrose, Mrs. Faulkner serves as an educational coach for teachers, helping them to develop their skills and create enriching learning experiences for their students. Mrs. Faulkner also a proud parent of three incredible children. Her eldest is a professional fighter, her daughter is a young toddler teacher, and her youngest son is in the Air Force, specializing in IT. Their diverse paths inspire her every day and remind her of the importance of nurturing each child’s unique potential.

My favorite aspect of the Balanced Learning Curriculum is it ensures the child is actively learning in all parts of their development. I love that not only am I able to teach, but also to show care and love while doing it.

I love our school environment because I love how everything was thoughtfully planned out so not only can I do my best, but the children also benefit from a well-scheduled day.
