Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Alicia
I have been working with children of all ages for over seven years, with the past five years spent in the Infant Room. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Medical Coding and Billing, but my true passion lies in nurturing and supporting young learners.
What I love most about working with children are the snuggles and the joy of watching them grow and learn new things every day. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their milestones and be part of their development.
One of my favorite children’s books is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, and Christmas is my favorite holiday, as it brings family and joy together.
One fun fact about me is that I was raised in Alaska, but have lived in Greenville for the past 5 years. I share my life with my family and two dogs, Toaster and Coco. In my personal time, I enjoy reading and working on puzzles, which help me unwind and relax.
I am dedicated to providing a loving and supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

Her favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and her favorite holiday is Christmas. One of her favorite family traditions is decorating the Christmas tree together and driving around to see Christmas lights.
At home, Ms. Heather speaks English and doesn’t currently have any pets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
We’re so grateful to have Ms. Heather’s experience, warmth, and dedication as part of our school family!

Ms. Camila
I have been working as a teacher for three years, and I hold a University Degree in Music Therapy. Working with children is incredibly rewarding, and I love that I get to learn as much from them as they do from me.
My favorite thing about working with children is the opportunity to grow alongside them and discover the world through their eyes.
One of my favorite children’s books is The Little Prince, and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday—it’s a time for family, gratitude, and togetherness.
At home, I speak both Portuguese and English. In my personal time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, gardening, and cooking, which help me relax and recharge.
I am passionate about creating a positive, engaging environment where children can explore their creativity and develop both academically and personally.

Ms. Adriana
I have been working as a teacher for 11 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience to see children grow and develop over the years. Although I have a high school education and one year of university, my passion for teaching and working with children has shaped my journey.
What I love most about working with children is the joy of watching them grow up and develop into their own unique individuals. Every step of their learning journey brings new excitement and fulfillment.
I have a special place in my heart for all infant books and enjoy reading these stories with the kids. Christmas is my favorite holiday, and it’s also when my family celebrates many of our traditions together.
At home, we speak both Spanish and English, and I share my life with three wonderful dogs: Daisy (Husky), Reilly (German Shepherd), and Faith (Labrador). In my personal time, I enjoy playing outdoor sports, which helps me stay active and energized.
I am committed to providing a fun and nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow.

Ms. Florence
I am excited to begin my journey in childcare and education! While this is my first official role in the field, I have always enjoyed caring for and nurturing children, especially my nieces. I have a law degree from Brazil, but my passion lies in helping children develop, learn, and grow.
One of my favorite children’s books is The Little Prince, as I love its timeless lessons about curiosity and kindness. My favorite holiday is Christmas, a time of warmth, joy, and togetherness. Growing up in Brazil, one of my most cherished family traditions was gathering with loved ones every weekend.
At home, I speak Portuguese, and in my personal time, I enjoy reading, staying active, listening to music, and spending time in nature. I look forward to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the children I work with!
