We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Lisa Fuhremann
My Name is Lisa Fuhremann and I am the Lead Infant Teacher at Primrose School of O’Fallon. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from UMSL. I am the mother of three childen: Alexis, Lauren and Zachary and have been married to my husband Scott for almost 20 years. When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have many years experience as a Lead Infant Teacher and Feel Primrose offers a strong foundation with our balanced curriculum. I look forward to spending time with our new children and families here at Primrose!

Ms. Mollie Durham
My name is Mollie Durham. I joined Primrose in June of 2023. I have been teaching in Early Childhood Education for over 6 years. I love being able to wake up and spend each day doing what I absolutely love; Teaching! In my free time, I like to attend sporting events and spending time with my daughter Jade. I looking forward to meeting all the families at Primrose!

Mrs. Molly Koch
My name is Molly Koch and I am a lead teacher in the Infant 2 classroom. I have my bachelors in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. I have over 8 years experience working with children of all ages in many different settings. When I’m not at school I enjoy spending time with my husband and son! I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose family!

Mrs. Rebecca Sers
Hi! My name is Mrs. Rebecca Sers and I am an infant Teacher here at Primrose! I have been a teacher in this field for over 25 Years. I hold a CDA Certificate in the field of Early Childhood Education. I have been married for over 20 Years. My husband and I met in New York and we moved back home to the St. Louis Area 6 years ago! I am so excited to be a part of this wonderful team at our school!

Mrs. Yvette Bowers
My name is Yvette Bowers. I started working at Primrose April 2024. I have my Bachelors degree in Biology. After 12 years of being a stay at home mom, I returned in childcare in 2016 and have enjoyed working with children since then. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and 4 children, reading, cooking and baking
