We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Hi! I’m Nevaeh. I am from Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from high school and have completed some college courses. My favorite food is pasta! Ms. McKenna
Hello! I’m McKenna from Roque Bluffs, Maine. My favorite food is tacos, and on the weekends, I love spending time reading. At Primrose, we’re more than just a team of childcare specialists—we’re a family, and we care for every child as if they were our own. Like your home, our school provides a safe, nurturing environment that encourages self-discovery and a love of learning.
The Primrose character I relate to most is Molly the Cow because she stands for Respect for Others. I believe it’s important to treat everyone with kindness, understanding, and consideration—just like Molly does every day.

Hi! I’m Heaven. I am from Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from high school and have completed some college courses at Langston University. My favorite food is Mexican food and Cajun alfredo! At Primrose, I’m proud to be part of a team that feels like family. Hello, my name is Nah-jaaunee, but I prefer to go by Jaade. I’m originally from Memphis, Tennessee. Some of my favorite foods are tacos, chicken wings, and chicken alfredo. Over the weekend, I most enjoy spending time at the library.

Hello, my name is Evi. I’m originally from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Some of my favorite foods are mediterranean and italian food. Over the weekend, I most enjoy spending time hiking and camping. I have two years of childcare experience. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the children grow. My favorite children’s book is Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Suess.

Mrs. JoNeisha
Hello! I’m JoNeisha. I’m from Lawton, Oklahoma. At Primrose, we’re more than just a team of childcare specialists—we’re a family, and we care for every child as if they were our own. Just like your home, our school is a safe, caring place where children can grow, explore, and develop a love of learning. In my free time, I enjoy shopping and taking quick road trips. My favorite foods are Mexican, Italian, Jamaican, and Chinese.
The characters I relate to most are Erwin the Dog and Peanut the Pony because they represent Friendship and Honesty—two values that are very important to me. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships and being kind and supportive to everyone around me, just like they do.
