Bethany Jana & Vikram Choudhary
Welcome to Primrose School of Middleton! We are proud to bring high-quality preschool and child care to young children and families in the Middleton community.
For Bethany, Primrose has always been a part of her life. Her journey began at just two years old when she attended a Primrose school herself. Her family later opened the first Primrose in Nebraska, where she grew up surrounded by the values and joy of the Primrose experience. Years later, she returned as a teacher and, most recently, as a parent when her son joined the Primrose Infant Classroom. Those roles – student, teacher, parent, and now owner-operator – have given her a deep appreciation for the meaningful connections that grow within a Primrose community.
Beyond her personal history with Primrose, Bethany’s professional background includes managing national research projects focused on child care and nutrition policy, as well as teacher mental health and wellbeing—work that further shaped her commitment to creating supportive, high-quality learning environments for both children and educators. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Behavior from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
Vikram’s connection to Primrose began as a parent. When his daughters were young, he wanted the best early education experience for them-and discovering Primrose was a turning point. That experience inspired him to bring the Primrose Vision to Wisconsin through the founding of Primrose School of Brookfield. Over the years, seeing the impact of the Primrose experience on children, families, and teachers has strengthened his belief in the power of nurturing environments that focus on both character development and early learning. Vikram earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University and later received his MBA from Villanova University.
Together, we are committed to creating a school where children feel safe and inspired, families feel welcomed and supported, and teachers feel valued, empowered, and equipped to do their best work. At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion.
Warmly,
Bethany and Vikram
