Jenny & Rich Wierzchon
Meet Jenny and Rich Wierzchon, proud Franchise Owners of Primrose School of Long Grove. Lifelong Chicagoland residents, Jenny and Rich are honored to bring the Primrose experience of premier early education and care to the families of Long Grove.
Education is not just Jenny’s profession—it’s her calling. Coming from a long line of educators, she spent her entire career serving children and families in local schools. After years of commuting long hours, Jenny began searching for an opportunity closer to home that would allow her to continue making a meaningful impact in her community. That search led her to Primrose Schools, where she immediately recognized something special.
With its research-based Balanced Learning® curriculum and intentional focus on academics, character development, art, and music, Primrose aligned perfectly with Jenny’s educational philosophy. She was inspired by the way Primrose consistently delivers high-quality education in every classroom, every day.
Rich brings a complementary skill set to the school and is a strong supporter of its mission and operations. Together, Jenny and Rich are deeply invested in creating a welcoming, high-quality educational environment for children and families in their community.
Drawing on her background in early childhood education and school leadership, Jenny oversees the day-to-day operations of Primrose School of Long Grove, working closely with students, families, staff, and the broader community. Rich supports the school behind the scenes, allowing the leadership team to remain focused on excellence, consistency, and growth.
Their commitment to education is also personal. Their daughter Suzanne works at Primrose School of Long Grove, continuing the family’s legacy in early childhood education. Their son Andrew attends Villanova University, where he is studying Chemical Engineering, and their daughter Elise attends Illinois Institute of Technology, pursuing a degree in Architecture.
“Quality education resonates so deeply with us because educators have been part of our family for generations,” Jenny shares. “We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to provide a strong foundation for the children and families of Long Grove.”
Together, Jenny and Rich are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®, while offering parents peace of mind knowing their children are receiving exceptional care and education.
