Franchise Owners

The Gosai and Sanjanwala Families

Hello! My name is Karishma Gosai, and I am excited to serve as the Franchise Owner of the Primrose School at KU Medical Center. My husband, Rooshil, and I are relocating from Southern California to Kansas City, and we are thrilled to be part of the Primrose family. I will be working alongside with Shalin Sanjanwala and his family, whom are are also co-owners of this school.

I have been in the education field for the past 15 years, working as a Special Education teacher with middle school and elementary school students. I hold a K-6 elementary teaching credential, a special education credential for K-12, and a Master’s in Special Education. My husband, Rooshil, has a background in engineering and is currently a Mechanical Engineer.

With my extensive background in education, I deeply value the critical role early childhood education plays in laying a foundation for lifelong learning. At Primrose, we aim to create a balanced approach to education that nurtures children’s cognitive, physical, and creative development. By integrating purposeful play with structured learning, we can help children build strong skills while fostering their natural curiosity and love for learning.

We also prioritize social-emotional learning, as it is essential for young children to develop the tools they need to navigate the world. By teaching empathy, resilience, and interpersonal skills at an early age, we help them build strong relationships and a sense of self-confidence that will benefit them throughout their lives. Our goal is to create an environment where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Lastly, we believe that family values are at the heart of a successful learning environment. We view our partnership with parents as an essential part of the journey, working together to create a sense of community and shared purpose. Open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration with families will ensure that each child’s experience at Primrose is enriched by the love and support of both their home and school environments.

We are honored to be a part of your child’s learning journey and look forward to building lasting relationships with our Primrose families. Thank you for welcoming us into your community!

Our family would love to meet yours.
