Ali Triplett serves as Director at Primrose School of Kelliwood, bringing a long-standing passion for early education and more than a decade of experience with Primrose. She is known for her warm leadership style, strong instructional background, and commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
Ali began her Primrose career in 2011 as a Kindergarten Teacher and went on to teach in the Preschool and First Grade classrooms. She also served as the school’s Curriculum Coach and Mentor, supporting teachers in instructional practices and classroom excellence. Her dedication to children, families, and staff led to her promotion to Director in 2022.

Felicia Graves serves as the Assistant Director at Primrose School of Kelliwood and brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience to the Primrose community. She is known for her steady leadership, supportive nature, and genuine commitment to creating a warm, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff.
Throughout her tenure, Felicia has worked closely with both the office team and classroom teachers, offering guidance, encouragement, and handson support. Her deep understanding of early childhood education and her heart for students make her an invaluable part of the school’s leadership.
Felicia’s passion for helping children thrive continues to inspire her work each day, and she remains devoted to upholding the high standards of care and education that Primrose is known for.

Eunice Munoz serves as an Office Assistant at Primrose School of Kelliwood, where she supports families, teachers, and the leadership team with warmth, professionalism, and care. She is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to creating a welcoming environment for everyone who enters the school.
In her role, Eunice assists with daily operations, family communication, and administrative support, helping ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently. Her commitment to children and her genuine desire to help others make her a valued member of the Primrose community.

Mrs. Emery holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Oregon State University. She has over 15 years of experience in this field, eight of them with Primrose. Mrs. Emery will oversee the implementation of daily operations and educational programming on the campus.

Ms. Lesley Prosper is from St. John’s, Antigua. She attended the University of the West Indies. Ms. Prosper started as a preschool teacher for Primrose School of Eldridge Parkway in 2009. She was an Educational Coach for the Venture Program until 2023 at Eldridge Parkway when she became an Educational Coach for 4 Primrose Schools. She has over 16 years of experience in childcare.
