I’m Pamela Meredith, the Director of Primrose School of Fairfax. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, I can confidently say that working with children has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my career. Witnessing the joy and curiosity of young learners as they explore, and grow is truly inspiring.

As a parent of three, I deeply understand the profound impact educators can have on a child’s development. I am excited to bring this perspective and my extensive experience to the Primrose family, and I am eager to collaborate with you in supporting your children’s educational journeys.

Ms. Lauren joined Primrose School of Fairfax a few months ago as an Early Preschool teacher and quickly became a valued member of our team. With over six years of experience in early childhood education, she brings a caring spirit and expertise in supporting children of all abilities, including those with special needs.

Recently promoted to Office Assistant, Ms. Lauren now helps support families, teachers, and daily school operations. She continues to bring her passion for creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels confident and valued, helping Primrose School of Fairfax provide outstanding preschool, daycare, and early learning programs in Fairfax, VA.

Ms. Maria holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University, along with a Master of Arts in Teaching from Hollins University. With teaching experience both in the U.S. and internationally, she brings a strong background in curriculum development and teacher support. She is passionate about implementing the Balanced Learning® approach and creating a nurturing environment where children and teachers thrive.

Kimmy is a dedicated and experienced chef with over 30 years of serving and supporting young children. As the heart of our school’s kitchen, she takes great pride in preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks that help fuel each child’s growth, health, and daily learning. Kimmy is passionate about creating a positive mealtime experience where children feel cared for and encouraged to try new foods.

In addition to her role as our school chef, Kimmy is also a seasoned early childhood educator who brings warmth, patience, and creativity into the classroom. With a strong understanding of child development and a commitment to the Balanced Learning® approach, she helps foster curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning in every child. Kimmy values building strong relationships with families and plays an important role in supporting each child’s overall success.

Ms. Mae brings over 15 years of experience working with young children in early education and community programs. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. With a strong background in lesson planning, child development, and family communication, she partners closely with parents to support each child’s success. Ms. Mae looks forward to helping every child build happy memories and a strong love of learning at Primrose School of Fairfax.

She brings experience working with children through camp programs and family events and loves creating a fun, caring environment where little ones can learn and grow each day.  Ms. Meghan graduated from Warwick High School and the Governor’s Health and Science Academy, where she developed an interest in child development and learning. Ms. Meghan loves creating fun, welcoming environments for children and is excited to bring her energy and care into the classroom each day.

As a Spanish speaker, Ms. Elena helps foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for children and families. She has a true love for teaching and is dedicated to nurturing each child’s growth through the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

We are Kirti and Hemal Patel, proud owners of the Primrose School of Fairfax, and parents who believe deeply in the power of early education. With backgrounds in law, education, and leadership, our lives have always centered around serving others, mentoring, and building strong communities. As parents to a vibrant teenage daughter (and with Lucky, our cheerful goldendoodle, completing our family!), we understand firsthand how important it is for children to feel safe, supported, and inspired.
