Kelly and Alan Arbabi

We are Kelly and Alan Arbabi, and it’s our privilege to serve the children and families of East Allen, Lucas, Fairview, and the surrounding communities.

Our Primrose journey began nearly 25 years ago while searching for trusted child care for our children. We’re thrilled to expand our existing ownership of Primrose School of Plano at Deerfield by bringing the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to East Allen. As lifelong educators, we’re deeply committed to serving students, supporting families and empowering teachers. We believe that high-quality early childhood education is the foundation of a child’s educational journey, and we’re dedicated to ensuring your child’s experience is exceptional.

With 15 years of experience at Primrose, Alan previously owned the Primrose School of West Allen from 2002 to 2015.  Alan also had a 25-year career in public education, serving as a high school principal, middle school principal, assistant principal and music teacher. Alan received his Bachelor’s degree in music education from East Central University, OK, Master of Education in Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision from University of Oklahoma and has completed all coursework towards a Doctorate of Educational Leadership at the University of North Texas. He is also proud to be an Eagle Scout and to have served in the US Army Reserve.

Kelly has a rich background in teaching, leadership and family relationships. She holds a degree in Business Education from Middle Tennessee State University and began her education career teaching business and coaching volleyball at McKinney Boyd High School, where she led the team to multiple district championships and state tournaments.  After taking time off as a stay-at-home mom, she earned a master’s degree in marriage, family and couples counseling from Lamar University and now runs a private practice in McKinney, focusing on relationship counseling.

We’re proud parents of four amazing kids, all Primrose graduates. Outside of school, you’ll find us playing with our Bernedoodle, Coco, and taking every opportunity we can to travel. As parents, we understand how important the decision of choosing child care is. We are confident you will be impressed with our school as we partner with you to nurture and educate your child. We look forward to meeting you!

Our family would love to meet yours.
