Ms. Swanson
Ms. Swanson, Director at Primrose School of Eagan in Eagan, MN,
holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and brings over
25 years of early education experience since 2000. Before her current
role, she taught in our Pre-Kindergarten program, shaping young
learners. As the youngest of six with a large extended family, Ms.
Swanson brings genuine family insight to her leadership — supporting
teachers and ensuring top-tier care for every Primrose family.

Mrs. Hager
Mrs. Hager, Director of Education at Primrose School of Eagan in
Eagan, MN, holds a Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University,
Mankato. With experience as a teacher in our Early Preschool program,
she brings deep classroom expertise to her leadership role. A mother
of two — Nora and Nash, with Nash attending Primrose — she draws on
firsthand family perspective to strengthen education and support our
teaching team. In her free time, she enjoys park visits, outdoor play,
coloring, reading, and time with friends and family in Owatonna.
