Ms. Allison Stilley

Executive Director

Ms. Allison is the Primrose School of Dunwoody’s Executive Director. She joins the team with 18 years’ experience at Primrose: 16 years at the Primrose School of Roswell North and most-recently 2 years at the Primrose School at Johns Creek.  She excels in managing health and safety in the childcare environment, and as a former preschool Teacher, has tremendous depth in early childhood academic, physical and social development. She is also an expert in Primrose curriculum with a passion to support children at every stage in their academic growth and development. Mrs. Allison earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and is still an Eagles fan! She is married to Jon and has two children. Her daughter is a rising freshman and an accomplished equestrian, and her son is a rising 6th grader. Ms. Allison is thrilled to join Primrose Dunwoody and is looking forward to know the children, families and teachers.

Ms. Ariel joined Primrose School of Dunwoody in July 2020, bringing with her eight years of experience in early childhood education and childcare. Her background includes teaching in a public Pre-K program and a Kindergarten class within the DeKalb County school system. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Alabama State University and has a strong passion for teaching and nurturing young learners. Ms. Ariel has especially enjoyed her time as a Kindergarten teacher, where she helped lay a strong academic and emotional foundation for her students.
Now joining the Leadership Team as Admissions Director, Ms. Ariel will work closely with teachers and families to ensure every child receives the highest quality of education and care in a supportive, engaging environment.

Ms. Candice Floyd is our Curriculum Director and ensures fidelity in the implementaion of the Primrose proprietary curriculum! Ms. Candice has taught in the early childhood education section since 2010. Ms. Candice was most-recently employed in the Kindergarten through 5th grade public school sector, having worked in the Gwinnett, Dekalb and Rockdale County Public School systems. While earning her degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University, she also worked at an accredited private preschool and worked with children ages 3 months to 6 years old. Ms. Candice is thrilled to join Primrose as she shares the same core values in serving children and supporting teachers as they continue to provide the best and most trusted education and care.

Administrative Assistant

Ms. Mariana brings a rich educational and cultural background to our school community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Ms. Mariana has held various roles in the education field, including Enrollment Specialist, Assistant Director, and both classroom and virtual teacher. Her diverse experience and passion for education make her a valuable addition to our team.

Chef Chris joined us at Primrose Dunwoody, bringing extensive culinary experience and a strong passion for creating wholesome, high-quality meals. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, he has worked across a variety of food service environments, including restaurants, banquet dining, hospitals, schools, and senior living communities. Outside of work, Chef Chris enjoys vegetable gardening, cultivating fig trees, and spending time with his wife of 22 years and their Shih Tzu, Figgy. He is dedicated to providing nutritious, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared meals for the students and staff of Primrose Dunwoody.

Ms. Maritza brings six years of experience in early childhood education, having taught Preschool for three years and Private Pre-K for another three. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Perimeter College and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Phoenix. Ms. Maritza is excited to collaborate with teachers, children, and families and looks forward to a wonderful school year ahead!

Ms. Janet brings four years of valuable childcare experience, having worked with infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds. When asked what she enjoys most about working with children, she shares, “It is a pure joy being with children! I am a firm believer that children can turn any frown upside down—they bring such positive energy to this world.” Ms. Janet is excited to build strong connections with the children in her care and looks forward to engaging with them each day through meaningful interactions and joyful moments.

Ms. Daisha relocated to the Atlanta area from Columbus, Ohio in December 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s in Mental Health Counseling, both from Marshall University. With ten years of experience working with children ranging from infants to adolescents, Ms. Daisha brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to early education. When asked what she enjoys most about working with children, Ms. Daisha shares, “Children pull out your creativity and fun side. I love that basic, yet critical concepts can be taught in such an exciting way. As much as children learn from us, we learn so much from them and about ourselves from our interactions. Children can be molded, guided, and led in the right direction. I enjoy being part of that influence!”

Ms. Genesis joins us with over two years of experience in early childhood education, having previously worked at the Primrose School of Athens. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in every classroom, but found her true passion working in the Explorer’s Club with older children. She looks forward to getting to know the children here and nurturing their creativity and curiosity through education and play. In her free time, Ms. Genesis enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Mrs. Sheri joined the Primrose Team in August 2020 as the Lead Teacher in our Preschool II program. She comes to us with 16 years of childcare experience. Mrs. Sheri attended Bethany Bible College where she took courses in Early Childhood Education. She then got her CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) licenses and worked as a nursing aide at a senior care facility. When asked what she is most excited about this school year, she said “I am most excited about watching the children learn and have joy in the process. I love watching them grow both socially and academically.” When asked why she enjoys working with kids, she said “Children are joyful in the most innocent ways. Small things make their day- a funny song, being silly, noises. I enjoy their love of life that as adults we sometimes forget.”

Ms. Stephanie joins us with two years of childcare experience working with children of various ages. She currently attends Georgia Gwinnett College pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Paola joined the Primrose School of Dunwoody family in February 2018. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she moved to the United States at the age of 19 and has since pursued her passion for working with children. She is currently working toward a nursing degree with a focus on pediatric care, combining her love for education and her desire to support children’s health and well-being. Ms. Paola is known for her kind heart, joyful spirit, and strong connections with the children in her care—who absolutely adore her! Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors and is actively involved in her community through the Young Adult Ministry.

Ms. Senikka earned her Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting from Concorde College and brings a nurturing, supportive presence to the classroom. She looks forward to getting to know each child and cherishes the opportunity to witness their creativity, curiosity, and growth through both education and play. With a calm and caring nature, Ms. Senikka creates a warm environment where children feel safe, heard, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Outside of school, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, who continue to inspire her love for working with young learners.

Ms. Boahene has dedicated twenty years to childcare and has been a valued member of the Primrose School of Dunwoody team since June 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Shorter University. When asked what she enjoys most about working with young children, Ms. Boahene shares, “Children make me laugh; they teach me patience and love. I get to relax, be myself, and act silly with them—that is an awesome feeling!” She firmly believes that the Balanced Learning® Curriculum nurtures active minds, healthy bodies, and happy hearts, laying a strong foundation for every child at our school.

Ms. Katherine Sidon joined the Primrose School of Dunwoody team in August 2017 as a Teacher in our Young Toddler class. She began her early childcare journey as an Assistant Teacher at Primrose Johns Creek and Marietta Hwy while still in high school. After graduating, Ms. Katherine served our country honorably for seven years in the Army. Following her military service, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Health Administration and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Throughout college, Ms. Katherine also worked full-time as a nanny, further deepening her passion for caring for children. When asked what she is most excited about this year, she shared, “I look forward to learning more about the music activities.” Reflecting on why she enjoys working with children, Ms. Katherine said, “I have been around children all my life, including growing up in the orphanage myself.” Her personal experience and dedication make her an inspiring and compassionate educator.

Ms. Neika joined the Primrose School of Dunwoody team in February 2020, coming from our sister school, Primrose of Roswell North, where she worked for two years. With over three years of experience working with children—including time spent at the Little Rookies Daycare on a Federal Law training base in Brunswick, GA—Ms. Neika brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. In addition to her childcare experience, she has ten years of customer service experience, which has helped her develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working with children has always been a passion for Ms. Neika, and she is excited to meet new kids and watch them grow.
Fun fact: her mom, Ms. Michelle, is also part of the Primrose team! Ms. Neika is truly glad to be a part of the Primrose family.

Ms. Abir is originally from the Philadelphia area where she has worked over 3 years in early childcare with ages ranging from Infants to 3 year old’s.  Ms. Abir is currently enrolled at Lincoln University taking online classes working towards her degree in Health Sciences.  We are thrilled that she has joined our family here at Primrose Dunwoody.

Ms. Michelle joins us from our sister-school, Primrose School of Roswell North; where she has worked for two years as an Infant Teacher. We are thrilled to have promoted Ms. Michelle to this lead role. Prior to working at Primrose, Ms. Michelle worked as an Infant Teacher at the Federal Law Training Base in Brunswick at their Little Rookies Daycare. Ms. Michelle is excited to join our school and looks forward to meeting the children and their families. When asked what she is most excited about this school year, she says ” I am excited to see my new students grow and develop into their own little personalities.”

In her free time, Ms. Kem enjoys spending time at church and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Her warm spirit and dedication make her a valued member of our Primrose community.

Ms. Shazia looks forward to getting to know each child individually—their unique personalities, likes, and dislikes—while supporting their development and growth. She is also committed to building strong, collaborative partnerships with parents to ensure the best experience for every child.

Ms. Ja’Lisa is excited to join our Infant 1 team! She brings over five years of experience in Early Childhood Education and has worked with children of all age groups. In addition to her passion for early education, Ms. Ja’Lisa is also a Master Stylist and holds a Cosmetology Degree. Her diverse skill set, creativity, and warm personality make her a wonderful addition to our team.

She brings over eight years of experience in Early Childhood Education, having worked in a range of settings from nannying to student teaching in an elementary school. During her time as a student teacher, she discovered how much she values building meaningful connections through open communication and supporting children in small-group environments. Ms. Teyana takes great joy in being part of each child’s learning and growth journey every day.

Ms. Heather is excited to join the Primrose Dunwoody family in the Infant classrooms, bringing over 10 years of childcare experience through private nannying and tutoring, along with a strong background in customer service. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University and loves working with children because of their curiosity, fresh perspectives, and eagerness to explore. A Dunwoody native, Ms. Heather enjoys hiking in her free time and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment for every child in her care.

Larry and Lynn Manning

Larry and Lynn discovered Primrose when searching for a high-quality, educational preschool for their children in 2011. What they found at the Primrose School of Dunwoody was not only the leader in early education and care, but also their own passion and desire to make a difference in the lives of children in the community. And after two years of working toward owning a Primrose School, Larry and Lynn acquired the Primrose School of Dunwoody on August 29, 2014.

Larry and Lynn have a strong background in business. Larry earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Georgia State University, previously co-owned a successful business for 10 years and worked at the senior management level in marketing, strategy, and finance for three of the largest Atlanta-based employers. Lynn earned her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and possesses 20 years experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in Learning and Development.

Proud, Primrose parents and owners, Larry and Lynn are committed to continue the highest quality of educational child care for children and delivering service excellence to families.
