Mrs. Amanda Swilley
Hello! I am Amanda Swilley, I was born and raised in Waller, Texas. I am the older sister of two. I graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas with a business degree. Here, my main focus is to assist you with everything from enrollment paperwork and record updates to daily communication regarding your child’s experience. I am always happy to greet you at the front desk and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
In my free time, I cherish weekends with my family, enjoy the outdoors and love dining at our favorite Mexican restaurant. If I were to choose a Primrose friend that represents me, it would definitely be our sweet spotted cow, Molly. I believe in the value of mutual respect: “Respect others, and others will respect you.” It’s a principle I grew up with and now pass on to my own children.
Working with children is where my heart is, and I strive to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending meaningful time with my husband and daughter. My favorite Primrose friend is Molly, as she represents respect for others- a value I deeply admire and strive to model in both personal and professional settings.
If I were to create a children’s book, it would be titled “The Kindness Key”- a story that highlights how empathy and respect can open the door to lifelong friendships and learning.

Franchise Owner
Jennifer and Ric Millington
Like many Primrose Schools Franchise Owners, Jennifer Millington fell in love with the brand after seeing the impact the educational child care environment had on her own child. As a former teacher, Jennifer witnessed how graduates of Primrose who entered her classroom excelled above the rest, but it wasn’t until her son, Luke, attended a Primrose school that she was truly impressed with the school’s approach to education and character development.Today, Jennifer is fulfilling her dream of owning her own school and making a positive impact on local families by opening the new Primrose School of Conroe.
“I’ve been a Primrose believer since I first learned about the company’s approach to teaching and its core values,” said Jennifer. “I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose family and look forward to being involved in shaping our children’s young minds for years to come.”
Prior to deciding to open Primrose School of Conroe with her husband, Ric, Jennifer spent 13 years in the education industry. She taught reading, writing, and social studies and also spent four years working as an Instructional Specialist where she supervised teachers in their implementation of reading and writing curriculum in pre-K to fifth grade classrooms.
“The Primrose curriculum is unlike what parents find at a typical child care option; the national Education Advisory Board for Primrose constantly pushes the envelope to remain at the forefront of early childhood education,” said Jennifer. “I look forward to seeing our students grow and learn each day they spend at our school. Helping shape our community’s children into caring, responsible citizens is truly rewarding for us.”
The Millingtons have lived in the Houston area for more than 30 years and are looking forward to serving families and children with the best in early childhood education.
