Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Mrs. Roman
Hello! My name is Brie Roman, and I am a Regional Director with Primrose Schools. I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive. My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Ms. Shultz
Hello, my name is Ms. Shannon Shultz. I am the School Director for the Primrose School of Clintonville. I have been with Primrose for more than 9 years. I started as a Young Infant teacher and progressed to an Education Coach and then a Director role at Primrose School of
Upper Arlington, and most recently the School Director at Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Speech and Hearing Science. In my free time, I enjoy going to OSU basketball games and riding my bike – I am a 10 year participant in the Pelotonia ride! I am a fellow Clintonville resident and love this community! I am looking forward to meeting new families and getting to know all the children at Primrose School of Clintonville. I hope to see many of your around the community leading up to our grand opening this spring!

Ms. Amaya
Hello! My name is Ms. Jamie Amaya, and I recently moved to Ohio with my family from Kansas. I am originally from Texas, where I met my husband at Texas A&M University. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have previously worked as a Kindergarten teacher in public schools and have spent the last five years teaching Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten at Primrose in Kansas. In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, attending concerts, and spending time with our cats.
I am excited to be a part of this welcoming community and to build relationships with families, community members, and local businesses. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can assist you with! I look forward to meeting you!

Ms. Jane Sperry
I’m Ms. Jane Sperry and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am newer to childcare but have wanted to be a teacher my whole life. I have always loved and valued my own teachers and can’t wait to extend that love and connection to my own students. I love to read, draw, watch movies and spend time with my friends and family. I am looking forward to meeting your families and fostering a safe environment for them to grow and learn.

Ms. Lyndazia Ruffin
I’m Ms. Lyndazia Ruffin and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Sandusky, OH. I have spent a majority of my life working with children and babysitting. I am looking forward to working with children and having the opportunity to teach them. I love to watch them learn and grow. In my free time you can find me curling up with a good book! I can’t wait to meet all of my new friends!

Ms. Brianna Odell
I’m Ms. Brianna Odell and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am 22 years old and this is my first time teaching. I am very excited for this new experience and making new friends along the way. In my free time you will often find me watercolor painting or drawing in my sketchbook. I am looking forward to getting to your everyone at Primrose!

Ms. Juno Watkins
I’m Ms. Juno Watkins and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I was born and raised here in Columbus, OH. This will be my first time in a professional setting working with children. I have tons of experience working with family and friends! In my free time you can often find me going to a park and enjoying some time outside. I am so excited to help my students learn and grow!

Ms. Melanie Clark

Hello! I am Miss Melanie Clark and I am an Infant Support Teacher. I love working with children and watching them explore their curiosity. In my free time, I enjoy reading, doing crafts, and going to the gym. I can’t wait to connect with you soon.

Ms. Magaly Robles
I’m Ms. Magaly Robles. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I recently graduated from high school in Worthington and am excited to start my career in childcare. I love watching children grow and learn each day. As a child my favorite books were Pete the Cat and I love sharing them with my students. I am most looking forward to having fun with my students and watching them learn.

Mrs. Sessa Melfe
I’m Mrs. Sessa Melfe. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I graduated high school is 2016 and have been working through life finding things I am passionate about. I’ve worked with children my whole life being the youngest of eight siblings! I am also now a mom myself. I have previous experience working in childcare and had such an incredible time. I love teaching children. My daughter and I love to be outside in the warm weather. I am so excited to have her join me at Primrose!

Ms. Taylor Ervin
I’m Ms. Taylor Ervin and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am a graduate of Capitol University and I grew up here in Columbus. I have a few years of experience in Early Childhood Education from college, as well as some background working in a childcare setting. I really found my love for teaching when I worked for COSI. I was able to teach through their programs and it was one of my favorite jobs! I love to be creative by singing and performing in theater. I love to spend time with family and friends too. I enjoy seeing children learn new things and their excitement when they do!

Ms. Asia Peoples
I’m Ms. Asia Peoples and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I graduated from East High School and The Heritage College with a degree in personal training. I have spent time working with children in professional settings as well as babysitting for friends and family. I am so excited to be joining Primrose and I look forward to making connections with the children and their families.

Ms. Isabelle Gershman
I’m Ms. Isabelle Gershman and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have worked with children for almost four years starting in high school. I have worked primarily with infants so far. I love watching how quickly children learn and grow. I am currently a research assistant at the OSU Cognitive Development Lab studying language development in children. I am also studying biology at OSU on the pre-med track. In my free time I love Pilates and going for walks.

Mrs. Latosha Summerville
I’m Mrs. Latosha Summerville and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to provide delicious and nutritious meals for students. I have been cooking for well over 25 years and I have my own catering business. Food is my favorite thing, and I love making people happy by sharing the food I make each day!
