Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Hello, My Name is Sneha
I have been living in Millcreek, WA for the last 3 years with my husband and 3-year-old son.
I’m fun-loving and like to teach children in hands-on ways so that they enjoy the process of learning. I like the fact that teaching gives me an opportunity to impart my knowledge to children and learn from them at the same time.
Child Care/Teaching Experience: I have been working for the last 5 years with children-3 years with Highschool and 2 years with preschool age in Seattle.
Favorite Thing About Working with Children: I connect to my childhood when I work with children, I love to evoke curiosity among children and strike up conversations with them.
Educational Background have completed all my certification courses in Early Childhood education. I also have a Master’s degree in Political Science.
Favorite children’s book: The Very Hungry Caterpillar
Fun fact: I’m a henna artist and skilled at sketching, and arts and crafts.

I am from Bosnia. I came to the United States in 2000. I have a husband, two children, and a grandson.
I have been working with children for 22 years. I really love teaching children because not only do they learn from me, but I learn a great deal from them too!
