Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Preschool Pathways Classroom Teachers & Staff

Cielo
My name is Cielo, and I am the lead Preschool Pathways Teacher at the Primrose School of Bedminster.
I am CPR and First-Aid certified. I have three years of childcare experience. I enjoy learning more about them and watching them grow into their personality.
During my free time, I enjoy cleaning, being with my nephew, listening to music, playing with my dogs, and being with my family.
I joined Primrose because I wanted a fresh year filled with opportunities with younger children and see where I fit in (find my home).

James
My name is James and I am the Preschool Pathways Assistant Teacher at the Primrose School of Bedminster.
I graduated from North Hunterdon High School in 2023, and I am attending RVCC will be graduating with my associate’s degree in May.
I volunteer for my church with the kids during Sunday school. Unprofessionally, I am an older brother and have babysitting experience and I love how exciting children are. They are so expressive and when they are happy, it makes me happy and there is no containing it.
During my free time, I like training towards my physical goals. I am currently getting ready for my second marathon! I also love reading and going to the movies.
I joined Primrose because it is a wonderful place and a great way for me to gain experience with working with children, as that is where I want to begin my career as a teacher. Specifically, the brief time I had while I was doing my interview hooked me in as I got to be with the kids and how incredible and genuine the staff was. It was truly a warm welcome and a great place to be a part of.

Suzan
My name is Suzan, and I am the lead Preschool Pathways teacher at the Primrose School of Bedminster.
I have a Human Resource Management Degree, and I have experience with teaching for both the youth and adults. I have three kids of my own. I enjoy teaching and helping kids develop their knowledge and skills. I believe that the kids of today will be the stars of our futures and could help make the world a better place for all of us.
Some of my hobbies include reading, painting abstract art, hiking in the woods, and listening to my favorite artists.
I joined the Primrose School of Bedminster because I’ve always enjoyed taking care of kids and watching them grow. I’m so excited to be a part of this wonderful Primrose team!
