My name is Lori Monday, and I am happy to be part of the Primrose family. I am the Regional School Director for Primrose School of Avon, Primrose School of Westlake, and Primrose School of North Ridgeville.

I have over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, I had the pleasure of serving as the School Director at Primrose School of Avon since the opening in January of 2015.

Prior to that I have been part of the early childhood industry since 1993 and served in several roles, which included teaching Pre- Kindergarten & Kindergarten, Supervising of a Toddler Building, Assistant School Director, School Director. I also have had the privilege of working in the early childhood department of an inter-generational center in Erie, PA. In 2003, I took up the position of a Center Director at a NAEYC Accredited and Step Up to Quality Star 4 rated center. I loved being part of the community and was proud of all the young lives me and my team were impacting.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose Schools family and this exciting journey. All aspects of Primrose school are child focused and take into account the best that early childhood education has to offer. The Primrose philosophy of balanced learning takes into account many trusted theories of education. With these tools we are able to provide the best early childhood education that is offered in the industry.

In my current role, I oversee and act as a liaison between the three schools, working closely with families, staff, respective school directors and the owners Jai & Divya Singh. I look forward to supporting each of you to continue bringing Primrose School’s mission and the quality of service.

My name is Kara Reynolds and I am the Senior Director of Learning and Enablement for Primrose School of Avon, Westlake and North Ridgeville. I have over 15 years of childcare experience and I have was the director of Primrose School of Westlake since 2018 and have been part of the Primrose team since Primrose School of Avon opened in 2015.

I am married and I have 3 children who have all attended Primrose. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to Cedar Point, and going to the beach!

Hello, my name is Julie Guerrieri. I was born and raised in Ohio, currently living in Avon. I have two children, Niko (18), and Bella (11) whom is a Primrose graduate.  I hold an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and I am working towards my Bachelors in Social Work. I have worked in this field since I was 18 years old, where I started my journey as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. I joined Primrose School of Westlake in 2018 as their Kindergarten assistant teacher, later accepting the position as Education Coach. In 2022, I transitioned to Primrose School of Avon as the Assistant Director.

Hello, my name is Ms. Jones and I bring twelve years of teaching experience with me to Primrose School of Avon! I am originally from Jamaica, where I started my teaching career and became Certified in Early Childhood Education.

I find enjoyment in caring for others as I also work as a home healthcare aide on the weekends. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, granddaughter, and working out!

Hello! My name is Ms. Kline and I started with Primrose School of Westlake in 2020 as their Pre-Kindergarten teacher. In 2024, I transferred to Primrose School of Avon as their operations manager. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish and History from Muskingum University.

Hi my name is Rhiki Nealy and I am very excited to be a part of the Primrose team! I have been with Primrose School of Avon since 2022 and enjoy building lasting relationships with each child and family.

I love the Primrose curriculum because it supports each child’s character development in addition to academic growth. My goal is to build bonds with every child I come in contact with and help love, nurture, and care for them. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be for the betterment of the kids while creating a safe and nurturing environment for them.

In my free time I enjoy eating seafood and spending time at my church. My favorite weekend activity is going to Sunday morning service!

Hello, my name is Ms. Polen and I am excited to join Primrose School of Avon’s infant program! I started my Early Childhood experience in 2019 at the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Ohio. During my time with the Boys and Girls club, I was responsible for the planning and the implementation of program activities and assisting with membership recruitment. Upon the closure of this program, I knew I wanted to continue working with children and supporting families and was ecstatic to join Primrose! I am looking forward to continuing to grow in this field and to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education with LCCC’s partnership program!

Hi, I’m Sidney Lowe. I am happy wife and loving mother. I’ve been with my significant other for 16 years and married for 3 years. We have an amazing daughter who is almost 10. I have five years experience in child care and I have also worked in the medical field for almost 18 years. During those years I’ve obtained a certificate in Health Science Technology and completed my State Tested Nursing Assistance license. I recently returned to childcare and I’m so excited about the switch. My favorite thing about working with children is the joy of watching them learn and grow.

Hello, I’m Angelina Huston. I am 19 years old and have years of babysitting experience. I went to Firelands and played soccer. I have 3 siblings aged 20, 16, and 15. In my personal time, I like to go shopping, hangout with family and friends, and spend time in the great outdoors.

Hello, my name is Ms. Edwards and I love being a part of the Toddler program at Primrose School of Avon! I started my Early Childhood career with Primrose in 2022 and have experience with the toddlers, young toddlers, and infants.  I enjoy making everyone around me smile and feel welcomed!

I recently became a mom and welcomed a sweet baby boy in July of 2024! I absolutely love motherhood and enjoy spending my free time with my son!

As a newly bereaved mother and obstetric surgical technologist, I take pride in pouring my love, care, and patience into every child I teach. My background with newborns inspired my passion for pediatrics and led me to childcare, where I cherish helping little ones grow through every stage. Being a part of the Primrose team allows me to share that passion and create joyful and memorable experiences for children and their families while also allowing me to. My favorite part of the day is walking into the classroom and being greeted by hugs and smiles from my students. Outside of school, I love spending time with my fiancé (especially during fall and winter months) enjoying both new adventures and classic seasonal traditions.

I recently moved to Ohio from Florida, where I worked at a Primrose School as a toddler teacher. Hi, I’m Alyssa Miller and I am 24 years old. I grew up in Avon and have a younger brother in the Navy. I am so lucky and excited to spend my days with little bright minds. I have an Associates Degree in Arts and I am currently attending school to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool-5th Grade education. Each year I love getting together with my family to re-mulch and add new flowers to my grandparents’ yard.

I am originally from Arizona, but moved to Ohio in 2021. I am now settled in Vermilion with my mom and other close family nearby! In my free time, I enjoy kayaking and watching football! Go Steelers!

Hello! My name is Maria and I am so thrilled to have been welcomed into the Primrose family as a Kindergarten teacher.

I bring to Primrose 29 years of prior teaching experience. After graduating from Bowling Green State University and majoring in Elementary Education, I received my K-8 certification.

I’ve been exposed to numerous teaching philosophies over the years; however, the Primrose Balanced Learning Curriculum and philosophy are closest to my personal teaching style.

I live in Westlake with my husband and three sons, Nick, Marco, and Matteo. I’m looking forward to this school year and working alongside Ms. Voll!

Hello, my name is Karyn and I have been with Primrose School of Avon since 2016!

I began my Primrose journey in the preschool program and I am now working as the bus driver and offering support in various positions throughout the building. I enjoy assisting the teachers with the organization and planning of the balanced learning curriculum! I am married and have two wonderful children, Bryan and Taylor.

I earned a B.A. in Education from Bowling Green State University and have been a preschool teacher for over 17 years.

Hello, my name is Ms. Gallagher! I am newer to this field, but have a lot of experience volunteering for youth based programs such as Make-A-Wish Foundation and Girl Scouts of America. I have also filled many babysitting roles in the past.

I am currently studying business at Cleveland State University and work part-time at Primrose School of Avon. You will mostly find me in the infant and young toddler classrooms, but enjoy maintaining schedules and routines in any classroom I enter!

Hello, My name is Juyen Pease. I am full of energy and enjoy creating an engaging environment in my classroom! I started off working with kids by nannying and discovered that I truly enjoyed watching kids learn and grow! I have been a part of Primrose School of Avon’s preschool program since 2021, but have the skills to work with any age group!

I am married and have a son who currently attends Primrose’s Early Preschool program! I enjoy running, traveling, and spending time with my family!

Hello, I’m Alexia Rodriguez! I have experience working with children in Kindergarten and younger. I really enjoy working out and I love fashion and sports.

Mr. Goodman been a great addition to the Primrose team.

He has a home health care background.  With an STNA license and many years of experience working with individuals who are disabled.  He finds joy in caring for those who cannot care for themselves.

In his free time he does photography and enjoys listening to music.  His favorite Primrose Friend is Erwin the dog, because like Mr. Goodman he is friends with all.
