I also enjoy supporting teachers and building strong relationships with families to create a positive school community.
I believe children learn best by example, which is why I lead with patience, consistency, respect, and encouragement. My goal is always to help children develop confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning.
At Primrose, I enjoy combining purposeful instruction with learning through play to create meaningful experiences for every child. Seeing children thrive in a caring and engaging environment is what makes this work so special to me.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s growth and development. It truly is a privilege to partner with your family.

One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching children build friendships, work through big emotions, and grow in confidence.
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and focused on each child’s individual needs. I encourage independence through problem-solving, hands-on learning, and daily routines that help children feel capable and confident.
At Primrose, I enjoy bringing learning to life through meaningful activities, exploration, and meaningful classroom experiences. Seeing children develop confidence and a love for learning is the most rewarding part of what I do.
A fun fact about me is that I’m a big cat lover. I truly cherish being part of each child’s learning journey.

Ms. Brittany
With over 9 years of experience in early childhood education, I truly enjoy helping young children learn, grow, and build confidence during such an important stage of life.
In my classroom, I work hard to create an environment where children feel safe, happy, and excited to explore new things every day. I love helping children discover the world around them, develop friendships, and celebrate even the smallest accomplishments.
My teaching style is hands-on, supportive, and tailored to each child’s developmental stage. I believe children learn best when they feel encouraged and respected, so I focus on creating positive experiences that allow each child to grow at their own pace. As parents of four young children, we know firsthand the importance of a strong early education, and the challenges of finding the right learning environment. After extensive research, we became Primrose parents for its proven track record and commitment to nurture the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—through innovative teaching, educational quality, and strong family partnerships.
Our passion for children’s growth, our own Primrose experience, combined with the gaps we saw in other childcare options, inspired us to bring a high-quality Primrose School to our community.
With 30 years of combined work experience in business strategy and healthcare, we bring the expertise needed to run a thriving school. Chuck has helped Fortune 500 companies drive transformational growth, while Chichi, a licensed Clinical Pharmacist, has dedicated her career to pediatric health. Chuck also serves as Co-Founder and Board Member of a K-5 charter school, helping shape the future of young learners.
At Primrose School of Aliana, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our goal is to provide an exceptional early education experience in a nurturing, family-focused environment where every child feels valued and empowered to thrive.
